Yanchep Yhub Coworking space is a fantastic place to work from. Amazing resources are easily at hand, a great community of people and businesses and such a friendly office to work within.
There are also many offices to choose from should you wish to hire a more private space for yourselves and colleagues.
I have also loved the Coffee and Connect mornings, as they have been great networking opportunities.

Great place for hiring space to train or work in. Natalie is absolutely lovely and doing a great job of networking in the community.

Fantastic facility with all the latest equipment, rooms, co-working area, phone booths, kitchen facilities, technology and easy access and parking. Great place to go to get away from home office and meet snd share with other business owners and entrepreneurs.

I use this place regularly as a coworking office space. The building has modern deskspace and meeting rooms available. The wifi is good. The staff and business users are friendly and helpful. It's a great facility to base yourself and get through your work in a quiet location.

Fabulous venue for the local community, Coworking and Meetups mean you can be guaranteed variety.

Went for the free co-working day. It was super quiet and I got quite a bit of work done due to having no distractions.

Excellent location for networking and workshops. Amazing facilities and plenty of car parking spaces. My only issue is getring out, the lights were off and all the gates were locked electronically I had to drive around for ages in the compound looking for a side door to drive through, maybe have gates that open automatically and have better signage?

Been a full time co-worker at Y. Hub since it opened just a few weeks ago. Great layout, spacious, high quality office furniture and fully equipped meeting rooms. Great parking and easy access.
Has quiet rooms for undisturbed phone/web calls. Internet is working well and will be even better soon with a new fibre to the building planned next month.
A few good options for good coffee and lunch nearby and a just a short stroll to Yanchep Central with bank, news agency and Woolies etc.
I like the vibe created by the very friendly and accommodating management.
Highly recommended for us who like coworking and/or need an affordable office away from home.
