Went here to change plan for better internet and after 1 hr of being on the phone messaging for help on how to do things she proceeded to tell my partner and I that we’ll have to call and do it ourselves. My partner tried doing it himself by logging in and it optus website shut down on him. We went back to tell her of this as it was fine before we saw her and she told us to call tech support. Something went wrong when she was on the computer that it no longer recognized our address on the website and after all that we were sent away with “im sorry I cant help you” attitude.

After the cyber attack the store acted like it didn't really didn't care or was worried and even told customers not to worry about there information getting stolen not a good way to treat your customers or act as an optus store that has just had a massive breach in security

It was the best phone buying experience I've ever had.
Lorenz was so helpful and approachable. After some average experiences with your staff at other stores, Lorenz needs promoting

I had an issue with my Optus account and I just dropped in to get some advice to see if it was a genuine one.
The lady was very helpful in trying to sort out what was going on and finally got things done.
The whole process took the lady quite some time to work it out.

Worst customer service
Staff not interested in talking to customers. Not even replying to any queries. We came to buy two phones. But will consider somewhere else.

The staff at the site are ok mostly but the problem is the company itself.
Optus fails to provide the advertised service and when you try to get it fixed you are forced to talk to someone on then phone who doesn't speak acceptable English, they are not in the country, don't understand what is going on and nothing gets resolved.
Optus is now a worthless company.

I’ve gone into this store before and the staff were not helpful at all. However I went today and talked to Ankita and she couldn’t have been any easier or better to deal with. She helped me with everything I needed, answered all of my questions and was lovely to talk to. Will definitely be recommending people to go and talk to her if they need anything.

Two of us are waiting for at least 10 minutes without any hint of apology. If the service I receive is equally poor I will add an addendum to this review. (The other chap has left for the 2nd time) ?
Once I was seen, the lady who served me was apologetic for the wait, but also very courteous and efficient in resolving my issue. My star score will therefore double.

I have been to Optus Maddington Central three times within the last fortnight with the same issue still not happy with the outcome customer service next to none.while I had been waiting to be served four other customers walked out of the store.not happy.

I just call to Maddington Optus fine where is my iphone 11 por Max someone pick. As I was telling him he cut my calls its has been almost 10mine now I am waiting if by tomorrow I have to be in touch with him can you sent me his name please. Plus I am still waiting now

$35 a month plan. Doesn't roll over any data. Latest bill $100. Full of hidden charges. Oh not to mention the 4 times they randomly cut my phone with no warning after paying the bill.

No stars to the young man who set up my account, Whilst talking to his other sales person, put the wrong birth date in the system so I could not log in to my account. I give 10 stars to the lovely young lady who used her initiative and rang her manager to finally get the correct one in place. She knows who she is. Optus should be proud to have someone like her working for them. Well done young Lady. I was Most Impressed!

Very happy with the service they provided us, Wintana went above and beyond to help us, got a great plan at a good price, set up my new phone, transfered everything i needed onto the new phone, very helpful young lady, keep up the good service.

As the manager so politely told me. She is not optus and optus is not them. Had very little to no interest to help me. So why would you want to manage an optus shop? 3 strikes in a week on optus. Shame on you.

The staff is just so rude. Ive been standing there for a full hour and no one cared to ask whats up. I wouldnt recommend going here. Almost made me switch to vodafone.
