Worst education agents. Big time scammers! I visited this place few years back as I had to make an appeal. They told me to go ahead and they will appeal on behalf of me. I had to deal with a women named Miriam D’Auria.she told me that my visa appeal would be successful as there was a similar case that they dealt with before and they said they were successful on that appeal. So I believed them and they lodge the appeal and charged me $1000. They only had to write a letter and fill the correct visa forms they couldn't even do that. They did not submit the correct visa forms. When I called the DIAC they said I have to sign another form and asked me to contact my agent. I tried to reach this women and she never picks up the phone and she doesn't visit the office that often. One day she calls me and tells me the visa application was not successful and she regrets about the decision. They charged me $1000 to write a letter and fill out some forms which they couldn't even do that properly and on top of that they gave false hopes to me. The DIAC informed me that I have to sign a form but this agent did not asked me to sign that document.there is some suspicious about that. I am not sure whether they forged my signature. My advise to potential customers.please DO NOT visit Yes Australia! Bloody Muggers!
