I visited for the first time last week to purchase flowers to DIY for my wedding the next day. The range and quality of flowers were amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone commented on the flowers at the wedding and how beautiful they were. Hubby and I called in on our way back to Perth to buy some Protea plants for our garden. Will definitely be return customers! Thank you:)

If you are a flower/plant lover, please take time to visit the protea farm. We were given a very warm welcome by the owner who took time to explain the workings of the farm. The flowers were magnificent and we just couldn’t leave with purchasing some at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

Huge thank you to the Protea farm! We created our bouquets for our wedding over the weekend using white and pink king proteas - so very beautiful. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you all so much! We even picked up some proteas for our house on the way home. See you next time we’re in the south west!

Had a horrible experience at Yelverton Protea Farm and left feeling very upset! Because of my lack of knowledge of Proteas and the many different varieties that looked similar to me I became confused about what to order and took time, this made this seller very angry at my lack of understanding and he stomped off telling me to make up my mind. I saw several bushes very close to where we were and went closer to look and picked a tiny piece off the bush to show. My friend and I had failed to see a small sign that said not to go there! I was severely reprimanded and made to feel so bad even after apologizing profusely. I realise now I should have just left as this place, it was very expensive $180.00 for six small plants. I have compared to other places and have discovered they are cheaper. If you live in Perth there are much better places to buy and much nicer people to deal with. I would never return to this place and would never recommend it to anybody.

I did not wander through on "a few occasions" I looked once at the first one or two lines of plants just meters from where we were and of course would not have at all if I had seen the sign which was extremely small (the person I was with also didn't see it either). However, your attitude before this was grumpy, unhelpful and annoyed at having to explain the different plants and our confusion. We became afraid to talk to you or ask any more questions so we thought it would be helpful to look at the bush rather than to ask an aggressive, unapproachable person. Walking to the bush and taking a tiny piece was apologised for profusely when we realised but the the apology was not accepted and we continued to be castigated. I would love to return the plants and get my money back but would be unwilling to go to your farm again to be bullied. If only I realised I could have gotten them elsewhere.

Fantastic service - friendly, helpful and informative. We always get treated wonderfully at this lovely family run farm. Their potted plants and cut blooms are the best. Reasonable prices for such freshly plucked flowers. Ours lasted more than 2 weeks! Yelverton Protea Farm is a must-do on all our trips to the South West of WA. Thank you Jade, Laura & Abby for your time and care. You guys always make our holidays extra special

What a beautiful hidden jewell especially if you love Protea! Abby showed us wonderful hospitality and knowledge of all the stupendous flowers! We learned about the history of the farm and got to see the shed where the flowers are brought in from the fields and prepared for market. Just a lovely spot- can’t give it enough praise but go visit for yourselves!

I had a beautiful visit today inside the packing shed, that at that time of the day was full of colorful flowers just picked from the field.
Abi, the solar shop attendant, showed me around and helped me in choosing the best flowers.
They do also have a small nursery where you can choose some plants to plant in your garden.
I'll definitely visit them again!

Unsure where to park or what was on view to the public. Informed from a staff mbr not to venture to far as we can admire but not go beyond a certain point. Felt unwelcomed and no real love from the farm. Was looking forward to hearing about the harvesting and different types of protea plants.
