Yallingup General Store and Cafe

Went with friends to get the "Sesame burger", that we had wonderful memories of buying there years ago. Unfortunately, left with still the memories of years ago. Burgers this time disappointing, rather than a patty had a scraping of sesame paste and in a very uninspiring bun. Sausage rolls on the other hand, although very expensive, were really tasty!

We were abused by 2 customers and asked for private medical information before we could place an order. Not somewhere we felt welcome or safe at all

We ordered a cappuccino and pear, cinnamon and walnut muffin. The muffin was pretty tasty with a crispy top and good flavours. The coffee was pretty average though. Still nice to grab some food and go to the beach nearby.

Not sure my kitchen sink burger was as life changing as Rachelle's but it was pretty darn close! Love hanging out back in the garden over good grub and brews with family and friends anytime I'm in Yalls or nearby. Thanks legends

Staff that served us were very casual in their attitude, almost as if they didnt want to be at work or to serve us in the first place.

Ordered a burger, and specifically said no carrot. Yet msg mustn't have gotten through to kitchen, as unfortunately the burger had carrot on it.

Waited 28 minutes for an $11 egg and bacon roll, I was hungry with anticipation for an epic breakfast. 3 pieces of bacon and 1 egg.
I'm all for supporting local businesses but I feel ripped off here.

Stale bagels. A smoothie made of ice and very little else. Lukewarm coffee. Staff that clearly don’t understand how to turn a profit or they were all hungover! Don’t throw away your money here.

Great little Cafe. Very busy today but the staff remained friendly and welcoming. Delicious food and coffee.

Good store but don't let your credit card out of your sight. Ours was scammed there recently by a staff member.

Hidden Gem
From the outside, this looks like a small country general store/post office but it houses a great little cafe. Our soup and sandwiches were tasty and fresh - and although we didn't try any the cakes looked amazing.

Convenient enough in Yallingup with a decent range for alright prices. Picked up a bag of ice for $5 a bag.

Very average - purchased a steak burger and could not find the steak. The drinks are all warm when should be cold. I would have to be hungry and desperate to eat here again.

Great pies and sausage rolls! Love the pastry and beetroot added in the mix here and there hits the mark. Chilli beef pie was excellent, and only option left at 9am, so must be very popular

Staff were polite and they have a great range of products, from fresh food, fresh baked goods and local / eco options.

If it's during the tourist filled weekends or an event parking can be an issue but generally great. A nice place to grab a bite to eat before or after hitting the beach / going for a surf.

Tables and chairs undercover outside so you don't get roasted.

Disgusting hot chocolate & coffee, really disappointed. The whole place is run by you g teens. Hot chocolate is syrupy milk - not chocolatey at all, and coffee beans over roasted. Absolute waste of $8.50 for two very un-enjoyable drinks (the hot chocolate went straight in the bin)

Great little store, awesome salads, breakfasts and fresh baked goods. Had internet and weather on display. Great drop in coffee and feed. And for charge me phone to:)

Picked up takeaway coffee before hike. Good option in Yallingup. Few gift items and local products to browse.

Coffee is amazing but the service is slow. The sell the off's and ends that one would normally forget at home. Did not eat here so can't comment on the food.

Called in here yesterday for an ice cream along with other tourist stops and my Husband left his wallet with a large amount of money in️ Called in this morning and ever so friendly staff handed him back his wallet. Can’t thank their honesty enough, there are good people about

Great that you guys open at 6am for an early morning coffee, but please at least welcome your customers with a little enthusiasm. Staff looked miserable and still half asleep! Coffee was very average and watery! Nice little spot though! Lots of variety! In a place like this you should be getting it right!
