I cannot rave enough about Melissa and her whole team at Skintique. This clinic is beautiful, professional and offers a huge range of services and products. I've been going to them for a couple years now and I have always left feeling pampered and well taken care of. I have experienced the most amazing personal experience with Skintique. As a monthly member, not only do I receive a monthly facial, I have my skin checked and any changes in my skincare in my routine made. I have been getting my lips plumped with Skintique for years and they ensure that I retain the optimum size lips and don't loose perspective.

Went to Skintique for the first time today and had Heena as my consultant and treatment provider, she was amazing and very gentle putting my comfort first, using numbing cream and local anaesthetic made the whole experience wonderful and so much more pleasant.have already booked more appointments for other treatments

I could not fault this place on anything. They are nothing but professional, experienced and so so friendly.
I feel like they always put their all in each time I go and make it the best experience for me.
They don’t push you into anything but offer help, advice and knowledge.
Calling to change bookings or I forgot an appointment once and they were so nice about it and didn’t make me feel bad at all, even though I did. I’ve had treatments with Yasmeen, Aimee and Phoebe and they are all beautiful girls inside and out always having a great chat.
I love my appointments here and wouldn’t go anywhere else, my skin is also thanking them.

I had several sessions (which I have paid for in advance) cancelled last minute before finally cancelling my membership in September. I am so disappointed that manager had not responded to my many calls after over a month.
I’ve made a complaint to ACCC, as there’s clearly no concern from the owner - Whitfords XY have not responded, they need to deal with this complaint.
