XIAOLONGKAN Chinese Fondue

Food was not fresh. The fish was slimy, pork intestines had an off smell and pork belly slices were almost completely just fat. Expensive for the amount of food we ordered. Service was poor, no kne at the door to greet, waiter was wearing a singlet and didn't say a single weird when taking our order. Interior decoration was nice but the whole place was pratically empty which made it feel unwelcoming and awkward.

Food was served frozen and wasn't of good quality. Soup base was not accurately categorised (Too spicy when asked for less spicy) and same soup base for all three when refilled with no varieties (3 choices for lunch, pork not flavourful).

Staff was polite and fast but severely understaffed (4 tables active but only 2 active staff and still took time). Water had to be self serviced and only made known upon asking. Ordering done through iPad yet had to wait for staff confirmation.

Decent space and table with hotpot facility. Good infrastructure and decoration.

Tried them for the first time couple of weeks ago. Hotpot tastes nice and their interior was also pleasant. Wish they had more selection of drinks.

Foods are average and over priced.
Sauce station full of flies and no lids to all the condiment bowls. Flies are flying out from the coriander, garlic and spring onion. Absolutely disgusting I found dead flies in my 1st bowl of sacue so I get another bowl without coriander and found a dead fly again! Lucky i checked thoroughly before dipping the sauce. I wonder how they pass the hygiene inspection.

I do not recommend.

The hygiene is poor, the sauce area is full of flies, the sauce vessels are not covered with lids, and the flies fly out of the coriander.

Food is good, service was awesome with friendly and helpful staff but condiments station was full of flies:/

Friendly service, great quality stock and dishes. The place is very traditionally decorated and clean, love the sauce selection and always a delicious meal coming here. Must visit for hot pot, it is on the pricier end compared to other options.

I personally will not step a foot back in there. Had my first time there and last to say. Chinese dude with Glasses is such a rude human being. Did not give a damn to find us a seat when we arrived, had to walk in to find someone to seat us. His face is for someone not willing to work and lack any customer care skill, very very POOR service from his part. I went to ask for more foods off the menu and he was just ignoring me and I simply asked “ Can we please order more off the menu? ” He rudely replied without eye contact “No cannot, last order taken”.

As I saw he was just rude, I went to another staff who kindly helped me order more.

This guy ruined my entire evening with his rudeness and unsure why he is even allowed to interact with the public.

Clean bright and friendly service.
All vegetables and beef was fresh and tender.
Special Spicy beef was incredible.
We got bone broth and spicy, bone broth was so delicious, I was drinking it on its own.
Prawns are not fresh from ocean, frozen and free flowing from a bag, good size, and crisp.

Tables are cozy for 4 people

Got charged sauces when we didn't use them and they are unable to refund our money, did not tell us that we were charged for the sauces and expected the customers to pay for the stuff we don't use or order

Foods there are sooo normal. DISAPPOINTING! The hot pot soup which is the soul of the hotpot is totally a disaster, seems like it has a lot of artificial additives and taste so salty and not like the real hot pot. The price is not so high, but it’s not worthy for those foods. Besides, it seemed it’s difficult to reorder. The staff always are so busy and forget to get customer the ordering pad.

Terrible experience and not going to be there again. Bad service and expensive and food is worse than I thought.

A very cozy and authentic hotpot place on northbridge.love the food and service, and a big fan of their deep fried sticky rice ball with brown sugar

Came at an early time in the night as the first table so the service was excellent. The hotpot was authentic and overall the food we had was fresh. The deep fried pork was good despite there was too much fat instead of lean meat.
不知道和国内的小龙坎啥关系，不过整体还蛮正宗的，酥肉挺好吃的，就是肥肉太多啦！！麻辣锅底要的特辣竟然刚刚好哈哈哈……
