Wyalkatchem Travellers Park reviews
19Stayed 2 Nights here, November 23, Michelle and Brendan are simply the true Aussie hosts, nothing is too much trouble, local knowledge and information abounds, sites are set out well and we were guided to our ensuite site, (luxury), even a special treat for our furry companion on check in. A very enjoyable stop over while exploring the wheat belt way. Will definitely be back.
Camped at the caravan park with its own ensure perfect.had a lovely meal sat near the fire so nice and toasty at the hotel we would visit again
My husband, Staffy & I had a restful stay last week at the Wyalkatchem Travellers Park. The owners were very friendly. We were welcomed with nibbles at a sundowner. Nice clean Ensuite and camp kitchen. Big bays with lots of room.
Amazing owners who went above and beyond. Even took care of our little old dog while we went exploring the museum in town. Grounds are large enough to get big rigs into and the facilities were so clean and well maintained. Will be back for sure. Thank you.
Escaped city life for 5 days to give my nurse (wife) a break from suburbia. Loved this caravan park, immaculate ensuite and grounds. Michelle and Brendan fantastic hosts and super friendly. Couldn't fault the park at all. It's a good spot to select as a base if your doing the wheatbelt way tourist spots too.
We had an ensuite site for a change, gravel site and was able to have our awning out as site 1 offered protection from the wind. Had lettuce and basil daily from the camp garden. Provide printout of what's in town and what to do in every direction around the Central wheatbelt. Welcome scones and jam were $4 and money goes back into the community. While we were there the variety bash pulled in and provided a cheque for much needed funds for the town. Our stay was 5 days and have some lovely photos of the wildflowers and canola, and wheat fields drives we did.
Great caravan park with new amenities and super lovely owners! They have a Great fire pit area and veggie gardens. Michelle offered to look after our dog so we could visit the museum in town. We will be back again in the future for sure ️ Thanks Brendan and Michelle!
Great spot to stop, Brendan made us feel very welcome. Friendly vibe, clean and everyone happy to have a yarn around the camp fire. Thanks for backing the Ute in Brendan and the tips. Highly recommend this one.
We came yesterday. Great place, super friendly owners. My kind of holiday. Slow and easy to experience the are.
Congratulations to the new very friendly owners of this park. They have, in the short time of being here, created a friendly atmosphere for all travellers.
The evening bonfire is a hit along with some nibbles & friendly chatter. The ablutions appear to be new and very clean. Herbs and home grown salad lettuce are offered for you to help yourself to. It was great to see the 'NO VACANCIES' sign up for the the owners.
Very tidy and the facilities really clean. Lots of hot water!
Great owners and very hospitable.
It's Open, with great new owners!
Come out and meet Michelle & Brendan and enjoy some great
country hospitality, great amenities, camp kitchen/BBQ and their
Famous Fire Pit!
Totally enjoyable experience.
Called in to use dump facilities for our van. Owner very friendly and has only been open a month I'm sure he will be a fantastic host.
We stopped in on our caravanner's pub crawl. The park is upgraded to being just a great place to stay with it now being owned and run by Brendon and Michelle. The whole park is like new and we are going back to do one of Michelle's wildflower packages in September.
Walking distance to town and with a warming campfire on our return.
The owner are realy friendly and kind. We feel like at home in this place!
This clean, quiet and beautiful!
Thanks a lot for our wonderful stay.
Once again, owners have gone on holiday and have closed the park, despite offers from the local council to run it at no cost for them. Obviously dont care about the tourist!
