I went with WOW homes after a workmate said they had no issues and a very speedy build, so I decided to go with them and its been a very good experience. We had our slab down in June 2022 and had keys handed over to us May 2023 so I am very happy with all of the work and service that has been provided by the whole team there

We had a fantastic experience with wow homes. Paul the sales rep was always great, catered to our needs, put up with our tribe during our meetings and was always polite and respectful. Hannah was awesome and patient as we went through our pre start selection. Hang was fantastic, always keeping us updated on every step of work and Spencer was great being bothhelpful and understanding. Wow home is a def recommendation from me to any perspective first home buyers. (Sorry i used your image ‍️)

Once you get to the actual building stage their services are great, good quality and in a timely manner considering the current climate. The sales team on the other hand is nothing but a money grab.

Mistakes to contracts no one took responsibility for which untimely cost more money after settlement. Once you sign the dotted line pretty much left on your own. I recommend knowing what you want and exactly how you want it so you also don’t get duped.

The team was super helpful and quick with preparation leading up to the build with land and suitable designs. Very happy with the efforts to secure a location to suit my needs/future profitability.
Small defects upon handover were handled promptly and willingly. No surprise costs and very happy with the inclusions.
The home is so beautiful, thank you to the team for all of your support. Experience and familiarity with all products and inclusions was apparent throughout my prestart and really good showroom for visualization.

Wow Home! Perfect name for such a WOW experience. At the beginning of my journey in building with Wow Home I was really sceptical and worried due to a bad experience with another builder here in Perth. But Oliver Angoni’s professionalism, care and customer service has made my experience a WOW one! His constantly updates and guidance through the process has been impeccable! Even through some “bumps “ with finance…. His support and insight has been incredible. I cannot wait to see my home coming along and it is all thanks to Oliver and his assistance! Thank you!

We have just started our build with Wow homes and couldn't be happier. Unbelievable service from the sales team and they took time to explain every process. Special mention to Franchesco who has made himself available at any time to assist us with any concerns and Hanna who did an amazing job with our prestart. If we ever build again it'll be with WOW homes!

We are still in the process of building and although we're not at the finish line yet, the experience has been easy and stress free.

Francesco, our consultant has been an absolute saint for 1st home builders like us. He is informative and knowledgeable. He is very responsive to any questions we've had and always there if we needed anything.

We can't wait to complete this journey and complete the build but these first stages really matter. Wow homes have really shown strength here to make home building exciting, easy and stress free.

WOW Homes did a fantastic job at helping us start our home building journey. We went through a few other first home building companies to see what they offered but none matched up to WOW homes in terms of their selection of finishings for the house and most importantly, their ability to find a land and house package for your dream first home, while sticking to your budget. With the current "race for space" in Perth these guys are one of the few companies that care more about the customer than the sale. Instead of "sorry we have nothing to suit you" they keep looking till they find something for you. Every other builder could only find us 6M frontage blocks of land where WOW homes found us a 10M frontage that fits everything we need. They are also the only building company I have never seen on the "Shonky builders" page (which is impressive if you know).

Seriously could not recommend WOW Homes enough and if you have the pleasure of having Kane Wilson as your senior house and land specialist then you are in great hands.

Whatever you do, DO NOT build with this company. Absolute nightmare can not understate how bad absolutely everything about this build was. 2 years before I got in, hidden charges due to their own delays (added a $5k variation because they lied to me about title issues), countless lies completely took advantage of me being young and building my first home, extremely poor work, leaks in internal walls led to mould had to temp move out - months to get them to fix after deferring responsibility and they wouldn't cover everything was out of pocket. Not completing additional paid for work and hiding it as not included within sub scopes of contract. I even emailed A Current Affair it was that bad and I'm the last person to ever complain about something.

Wow Homes has been extremely professional and helpful in our process of building a house with them. The whole process starting from buying the land and building stages have been very smooth. I would like to thank Wow Homes for their wonderful service.

Jack Olden is very efficient and Proffesional.
Very knowledgeable in all aspects of finance, design and the whole package deal. Highly recommend Jack and the entire WOW team.
His friendly persona goes a long way with my fiancé’ and myself, straight up with answers and virtually anytime he has the time. Thankyou so much so far Jack.

We signed with Wow Homes to build our family home in Dec 2020. They were amazing right from the start, all the way through to handover. Our consultants listened to what we were wanting to achieve and helped put that into the drawings.
In the current climate of delays across the building industry, there were times when it was very frustrating however our Building Supervisor and Client Liason officer, Hang Le, were available with updates every week.
Our house was ready for handover in 43 weeks from slab down, which is remarkable for the timeframe compared to other builders. We also bought in an external building inspector twice during the build, who found no building faults during the build.
We cannot recommend WOW Homes enough. If you are considering building, contact them first.you won't regret it.

I want to say, THANK YOU Wow Homes! You hear so many horror stories of builders now days and you guys were honestly amazing from start to finish. I was in correspondence with several people from your office and all of them were so friendly and professional. Monique worked hard getting my finance through, Sevy was my sales consultant and he was so friendly and great- I never felt pressured, it was like talking to a friend. Hannah got me through my pre-start and she was very patient and easy to talk to. Communication from Hang Le during the construction phase was wonderful, she was a pleasure to work with and nothing was too hard for her and the same for Spence my site supervisor he did a fantastic job on making sure everything was perfect even during construction I would visit to see the progress and it was always very neat and tidy.
As a single mum, I worked really hard to get to this point so this house means a lot to me and I’m so very thankful that the experience was wonderful and pleasant from start to finish. Makes it so much more special and memorable.

We didn't think that building a home was going to be possible, but with the help of the sales team as well as the in-house loans specialist, we've ended up with an amazing home!

Great communication from not only our Client Liaison, and our Building Supervisor. Because I was able to stop by nearly every morning I met all of the tradies as well. Everyone from start to finish was patient and explained each step of the process and took the time to answer every question.

A few small things after getting the keys to the house, but they were easily rectified with several follow-up calls from the maintenance manager Sean. Door locks on the garage entry were very tight and our front door entry had some issues but with use its sorted itself out. Our oven flashing came loose but is being rectified by the supplier.

We are so glad we chose Wow Homes! So very thankful for the personalised service and being made to feel as though we were the only customer. Now that's how you get customers who are proud to recommend, become a repeat customer and 5 star reviews!

From start to finish Wow Homes has gone above and beyond to build our dream home. Despite many obstacles (COVID, train derailments etc) Wow Homes built our home in a timely fashion while still providing the incredible quality of work and products they are known for. We could not be happier with our new home and could not be happier we chose to build with WOW Homes. The staff in particular have made this whole experience even better, we have felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Do yourself a favour and build with these guys you wont regret it!
