WOPAG did a great job removing an old faucet and installing a new one together with a separate tap for filtered water which they also installed. Final invoice was on point with original quote so no unpleasant surprises there.

The plumber that came to do the installs was perfectly on schedule and took exactly as much time as he has said it was going to take.

The only thing I'd say needs improvement is the time it takes to get an e-mail reply, including to get the final invoice (took 2 weeks). That could be from lack of staff, huge amount of jobs, or a combination of both. That being said it doesn't affect the overall great experience - just something I thought it was important to point out to the business.

From the first call to the initial call out and the installation of a new gas hot water system and everything in-between. Utmost professionalism in helping with not water and getting it back on with a new gas system within 24 hours was amazing and especially the financial option that was extended to us. WestCoast Barn Doors

We have used WOPAG for eight years now, and where other plumbers could not assist us because the work was too much of a challenge, David got the job done. Recently, we used Sam WOPAG for tap and shower head replacement and the whole process was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

David and Sam are really responsive and helpful with my HWS issue. I got my hot water system back and running very quickly thanks to their quick response. Also no call out fees for Landsdale resident which is a plus for me. Will definately use their service again!

The team at World of Plumbing and gas went above and beyond for us when we were fitting out outdoor bbq. They worked around our tight timeframes and completed a professional job. Everything was left neat and tidy

Good communication, arrived early, friendly, no hitches with installation as such.
One small defect in the lid of one cistern, so they went to a local retailer and replaced it straight away.
Will be getting them back to install a bathroom vanity.

Had a broken tap and leaky tap to the retic out the back. Sam did a fantastic job and fixing it all, also tightened the plumbing out the front as well. Very professional, friendly and good quality service. Sam is a great asset to your team would be happy to have him visit me again when the time come around for any repair required
