17Why don't they answer there emails straight away. My son emailed them and still hasn't heard back tried to ring 3 times no answer.now he has lost his money.they are useless don't even help him find a job or help fix his resume what are they here for just to judge everyone who walks In. There.they make a mistake but everyone suffers.come on get your act together and do the job you are supposed to do.
Such a negative experience with staff Christine (employment coach), she is extremely rude and unprofessional!
I gave 1 star because my consultant was nice and friendly. However, in more than 12 months they never arranged so much as an interview, let alone a job. I did get some fuel vouchers and boots so maybe they deserved a 2nd star. Either way, if you want help in finding a job, I suggest you use seek or similar. Good luck.
0 stars should be an option, sometimes people score "0%" I call it a "perfect fail". This (dis) organization cares not for human experiences or human aspirations. Only for numbers on charts and the bottom line. They will waste your time with meaningless make-work, pointless excursions (what are we school children) and "classes" on nothing in particular.
It's worth noting, the "response from the business" will suggest using their website's "callback" feature to discuss your experiences. Any communications via this channel will be recorded and linked to your information stored on the system. Your consultant will see it and it will inevitably be embarrassed. This is an abysmal customer service policy with no respect to individual rights of privacy and whomever thought of it should be ashamed.
Was supposed to have a phone interview today but was never contacted, hope my payments aren't paused
Not good as I am homeless atm and they're not understanding at all of my situation. Like sometimes I have my kids when the mum dumps with me and that means taking the in to interview etc but everytime I get asked why are they with me even though its on the record as I have them and help home schooling. And I am still on limited work capacity but expected to find ft work when I physically cant
Spent two days trying to get them on the phone and the one time they answered I was told they'd call me back in 5 minutes that day.they never did. I called after 10 minutes and noone answered.called the next day 3 times because my payment was now put on pause and no one answered.so I called another workskil and they answered first call and fixed my issue.what a joke.
Most exciting and progressive thing they've done for me in 2 years has been update my resume. And by update I mean change the layout and border absolutely useless buisness they can't even do their own job they give you more issues than relief. If your thinking about joining up with these clowns. Don't bother as I did and I'm stuck with them struggling 24/7
Worst place ever, i went in there about a week ago to tell them i had a job gave them the info and they are still cancelling my payments and telling me i have to go to my activity still. No i don't if you work you dont have to go.put my payments back.

Yesterday I received a text to remind me of an upcoming appt. Today I had a phone appt.scheduled for 10: 15am. By 11: 25am I gave up waiting and called them. I was told they were running behind and that an email would be sent to the person concerned. Some five and a half hours later I received the call and spoke with, I must say, a pleasant gentleman (him being the only reason I have given 2 stars and not 1 star). However, whilst on the call, another member of staff from the same Cannington called me and went through to my voicemail. Having left me a message, she decides to note on the system that I 'did not attend' the appointment. This is not the 1st time this has happened, hence why I checked the app following the call. Previously one of their staff called me 30 minutes early for an appt, while I was taking a shower, and she too marked me down as 'not attending'. Whilst this may not impact my payments, I still don't want or need to have an incorrect fact noted on the Jobactive system. If Workskil cannot phone at the appointed time, then why should the candidate be the one who gets marked down? And by the way workskil, you are supposed to give 7 days notice of an appt, so if you miss it, then perhaps you guys shouldn't be phoning almost 6 hours later and expecting an answer!

Wow worst staff that are only there for a pay check I could do ther job waste of tax payers money
All about reaping in the government bonuses. No incentives to help find work nor any effort in seeing what it is your experienced in or have been doing.
Threw me straight into one of there courses without even asking a single question about me. Demanded I find a "full time" course or work and openly stated they don't care about Centrelinks requirements for "full time" (12 months full time - pre apprenticeships [6 months full time] don't qualify for Centrelink requirements.
Specifically told them not to call me at a certain time of the day as I would be working, so they choose to ring me AT THAT time of day and decline to answer then phone afterwards.
If you’re going to put a number down for contact TWICE, at least make sure they are in service you knob. Shittest service.
