Have an appointment at 3pm? Great, take a seat (or stand in a crowded waiting room) and someone will be with you in an hour, remember all obligations are mutual but we don't need to hold up our end of the deal.

Do yourself a favour and transfer somewhere else ASAP if you get put here. Unprofessional staff that all give you that weird SSRI stare. Strange Kafkaesque and Orwellian establishment with arbitrary dictates and stipulations that hinder you from actually finding a job. You will have better luck searching for a job yourself than with these people.

It's now been three years since I was rushed to hospital for a post tonsillectomy bleed, and I STILL think about the awful receptionist who lied to me/gave me incorrect information over the phone when I tried to change my appointment (FROM MY HOSPITAL BED). That phone call was more traumatic than when I was coughing blood over the poor doctor whenever he tried to look down my throat; having the blood clot in my mouth on the way to the hospital thus making it hard for me to breath; AND needing to go into the Centrelink the VERY NEXT DAY to put my medical certificate in.
Receptionist, if you're reading this: you treated me like trash (and guarantee countless others) and made a stressful situation, traumatic. I really just hope you no longer treat people like this.

I was with this organisation for several years and almost every single appointment was with someone new, the turnover is that horrendous. It's a shame, because the majority of staff (I may have seen about a dozen or so different ones) are absolutely brilliant! For a while I had a VERY good one who treated me like a human being and helped organise things that helped make my life better.

I've heard nothing but bad things about this place from anyone I talk to. Honestly, this place should be shut down. If you can go LITERALLY anywhere else, do it. If not, don't let them gaslight you or treat you like you're lying. Have recordings and official documents for everything!

Absolute pathetic ‘service’ - they don’t communicate, always full of excuses of having back to back appointments and does not follow through with promises made…. Etc etc etc

Rang up with an issue the other day about losing my phone and not being able to get into certain websites due to not being able to receive a two-factor code. I expressed my situation to one of the ladies who picked up the phone. She was very rude and inconsiderate and yeah, couldn't even do the bare basics and understand that I can't access any of these websites and she said just deal with it when your provider is back.

I'm still getting penalties for an account I can't access, that has a direct impact on wether I can pay rent or bills on time.

Terrible, waited over an hour for my face to face, then when trying to change an appointment waited over an hour for the phone to answer. This is truly shocking service, if your understaffed employ more staff. We are dependent on your service to obtain our benefit.

Do not bother going here, transfer right away and save yourself the hassle from this incompetent organisation.

The most useless, lazy and uncaring staff I've ever dealt with. Moved to Rockingham 2 weeks ago- Have cut me off my payments 3 times for no reason other than the staff are rude and don't care.

Came into my appt Jan 20, next one was booked that day for feb 5th. 27th of Jan told my appt was missed payment cancelled again, try calling them same day- no answer put on hold for 38 minutes then sent to call centre.

Call centre tried to contact rockingham and says theres nothing showing my appt is for feb 5th, and i haven't been in at all? Maybe check the sign in sheet, proof also that I signed my new job plan with them last week. Nothing they can do apparently because its 5 minutes to 5pm and will have to contact me tomorrow, yeah right good luck. Now with strikes against my account over their incompetence.

This place is an absolute joke and you can tell, have a look at reviews of other providers around Rockingham compared to this one. I hope the place is investigated and removed because it doesn't help anyone at all.

If you have any sort of health problems, mental or physical, then this is the WRONG place for you. I've had some good experiences with some of the staff here, but I've also had some of the worst experience of my life with others. The turnover of staff is so frequent that almost every appointment I had was with someone different. Having to talk to the receptionist about rearranging an appointment while I was literally sitting in a hospital bed, to this day, haunts me. I have never felt so dehumanised or humiliated in my entire life. The whole experience soured me on the whole organisation. What's worse is she gave me wrong information, which I only found out after talking to someone else on their staff, having had to go in immediately after leaving hospital. Honestly, Centrelink was less stressful to deal with that day.
I am extremely grateful I no longer have to deal with this organisation.

I've been assigned a new case worker upon each and every appointment with this incompetent pack of button-pushers. And each time I am assigned to a new case worker I have to arduously explain my somewhat unique situation to them, all in vain knowing the next time I attend an appintment I will be seeing someome else entirely.
I was hospitalized a few months back due to self harm injuries and missed a few appintments, every appintment I've had since has been with a new case worker who somehow only knows about my hospitalization (so I assume the whole office knows) seeminly thinking it's okay to ask me "how I did it? " and other inappropriate questions unrelated to why I am there.
I recently sat through an appintment which consisted of the case worker telling me about how sad she was when Robin Wiliams died; an entire appointment wasted on inapropriate virtue signalling from an abnoxious woman who employs guilt as a means of perpetuating stereotypes about suicidal persons.

Never return calls when promised. Have to be constantly prompted to do their job. Four times I asked for my consultant to check over my resume, four times she promised to email it back to me and failed to do so. No concept of urgency at all, they don't care if your payments get suspended for their dawdling. Thoroughly disgusted

They helped me with licences, work clothes and boots for my new role, and Jen, the Manager supported me when I was really low. Thanks to her and the team for everything they have done. I realise the effort that goes into each person and how hard it must be to try and help people who sometimes don't want to help themselves. Fortunately I'm out of the rut and into work. It feels great to be earning.

Normally coming in here is not my highlight of the day, but today was great the lady at the counter was polite, helpful and knew what she was talking about. She answered all my questions, would like to see her again. She is doing a great job and showing everyone how it’s done! She didn’t look at, talk to or treat anyone like a lower class citizen. So happy with the customer service today!
