Gavin did work on my mum's house who is elderly and has dementia. Gavin was very accommodating in working with our family in ensuring a family member was present when he visited the home.

Gavin replaced two side garden gates, removed roots and relaid pavers which were a trip hazard, and installed a new downpipe to reduce flooding risk

Gavin provided a reasonable quote, did a great job and was always on time.

At our Specialist Dental Practice, Gaven promptly assisted us with a roof leak after some wild weather and fixed the issue quickly, we therefore employed him to do some roof restoration. Pointing, ridge capping and replacement of the metal valleys, along with replacement of broken and cracked tiles. The property was built in the early 1900's so it was quite the task. The cost for 1 and a half days work was very reasonable and Gaven was friendly and tidied up after himself. We would recommend his service. Thanks Gaven

I had a leaking roof during the most recent round of storms in Perth. Everyone I called said it would be weeks to even schedule an assessment and possibly months to complete the work.

Gaven came around within a day or so, made his assessment, effected some temporary repairs and then was at my place as soon as we had two dry days (no more than a week or so later as I recall) to replace the roof tiles, seal up the roof and installed some gutter-pops in key areas to help the gutters handle the heavy rain event better.

Highly recommend and will definitely be using his services again.

Gaven did a great job removing our old wood fire heater, he removed the flue, replaced the tiles and patched the ceiling just as discussed. Everything was done neatly and wasn't damaged so that we were then able to sell the heater on Gumtree for a good price! Will use Gaven again, cheers!
