Chose these guys are a bad experience with a previous service.
One good staff member, the rest have been a joke.
Spent weeks waiting for an activities of daily living assessment that was needed urgently.
Had it delayed for a day due to a”non - urgent” pets vet appointment. Then once approved by insurer, still waiting 4 days for any contact.
Do not attempt to contact a supervisor through their phone line, theyll just keep trying to put you through to the person who hasn’t responded for a week.
These guys were supposed to put me through a RTW program. They failed to liaise with the Host Employer during the RTW program. I had issues that resulted in my gp declaring me unfit to work again.workfocus wrote a report saying how successful the RTW program had been, because I had demonstrated capacity for full time work again.
Don't trust them.
Very helpful with returning to work from back surgery rehabilitate you back to normal.
