Work Clobber Mandurah

A big thanks to the team at work clobber Mandurah. I went in there over Chrismas for work boots, Not only were they the best price the staff bent over backwards for me. Nothing was a hassle and they were there to help. Not to pester you but to help. Not only that, when my boots arrived they waited open for me as they were due to close to pick up. Will be back work clobber, new full time customer here. Good old fashioned service that you don't recieve from some other similar local competitors. 5 star, complete satisfaction. Work clobber is one of the best work equipment and supplies, they have embroidery, and if your company is set up you can get your work equipment sorted.

Great range but the lady serving me spoke too quickly and sharply for my comfort.
Not friendly at all, just brisk and efficient.if I'm spending a few hundred bucks I would prefer to feel like I am just a lit bit welcome.

Disappointing service. We took in 2 polo tops to have a name each embroidered on them, asked the price, which was reasonable, and how long it would take, which we were told 7 days as they were busy which we thought ok.
We rang 1 week later to check if they were ready and they said 10 days, we rang again at 10 days and they weren’t ready, so we went in on the 12th day and asked what was going on and the lady said they hadn’t come back yet, and went to ask the manager, who then came out with the shirts and said he told us they would be 7 to 10 days, which was a lie as he was the one who served us originally and we told him so and he denied it…. So they had the shirts sitting out back, no work done, no apology, lied to us…. So we took the shirts back…. And we wasted 2 weeks waiting for them…. Shocking customer service.

Had to get steel caps for my job. The girl knew what size I needed and even picked out such a comfy pair. Will return in the future.

Great prices! Really good vibes from a local team. Also they have women's work shorts if you're looking for those. Not only were the team super helpful on the day, but after an email enquiry follow up, they went above and beyond my expectations and I could not recommend them more. 10/10!

It was quite saddening to receive disrespectful service from 2 woman but mostly 1 in particular.i haven't come across customer service with a frown, grunt and like everything was just a burden before.ppl have bad days but this was next level and not needed. #respectgoesalongway

It's a good place for people just in my opinion a bit expensive other then that nice staff and quality gear.

Need boots need a jacket need an acubra this is the place to go a neet and well organised shop with extensive staff knowledge and great ppl skills they will fit you out in your work kit and if you just on job keeper or getting a job for first time get free quotes and free work gear in retirement with your work place let's give a hand to the government for once lol dident pay for anything I needed first job I had doing tree planting and landscaping

Friendly staff but forgot to put through our order. Ended up waiting a few weeks then rang them. Got the shirt pretty quick after that though.
