Last week, I visited the Woolworth Palmyra, and Molly, one of your staff members, went above and beyond to make my time there memorable. She took special care in assisting me in finding the products I was looking for, showing great patience and dedication.
I returned to the shop today, and once again, Molly displayed incredible kindness and expertise. This time, she not only spent time with myself but also helped other customers. Her genuine commitment and ability to build strong connections, especially with customers requesting, were truly outstanding.
I wanted to reach out and ask if you could please pass on our heartfelt appreciation to Molly. Her actions have left a lasting impression on me, and I believe she deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. ”

The worst Customer service I have repeatedly experienced in my life. The staff are always miserable and it reflects greatly in their attitudes towards customers. DON'T SHOP THERE!

Bakery has a great variety of choices also. Better than other stores.

Woolworth Palmyra or if you like Stammers supermarket has had a big upgrade for its customers. The first thing is easy parking in all 3 areas. The bays are big and plentiful. With the store being on the corner of Canning Hwy and Petra Street there are 5 entries in total with underground parking via Anthony Street. An entry via Canning Hwy, 2 on Petra Street, 2 on Hammad Street with 1 giving access to upper level parking. The store is modern and well layer out. It's clean and well stocked. Stammers Tearooms is opposite the checkouts were a welcoming hot drink or food makes shopping at Stammers/Woolworth a great experience.

My wife went to your help desk but instead of help was faced with anything but help this morning as she asked there. There was no compassion in her request, but if it was that we should know how things work there. No happy with your service….

I have bought bread products that turned mouldy in two days. Two loaves of bread and gluten free wraps! All going mouldy two days later. The wraps had a spot of mould on Sunday night after we had bought them Sunday morning! I have bought bocconcini balls previously, on at least 3 occasions that were definitely not fresh yet the expiry date had not been reached. While the cashiers are wonderful and friendly, the constant presence of floor staff packing shelves, taking up the limited space, is frustrating, especially as most of them lack customer service and are rude! This is a regular occurrence for myself and friends who frequent this store. It is not uncommon to be stopped in the isle by two staff members chatting, not about work, and failing to recognise that they are blocking the passing of customers in both directions. One would hope that the manager of this store would take action as this happens a lot, but this has not been the case. I wish to emphasis that this has been my personal experience and wonder if others have had similar issues at this store?

It's close and convenient, the product range is limited, and place including parking is very run down

Atrocious customer service today when I attempted to return an item with the receipt purchased on 24/12/2022 because it was surplus to Xmas Day needs due to illness. The assistant was arrogant & despite having the receipt & genuine reason for return refused to offer a store credit let alone a full refund, which Coles would have done!

I stopped in here for a couple of things and found it was rather popular for the locals. Very well laid out inside as is the norm for grocery stores, and considering it was a Sunday it was quite busy.

Do not go to Woolworths after 7pm. They send all checkout operators home and only have the express lane or self service. If you have a full trolley you'll regret it. Especially trying to negotiate the trolley amongst the pallets and evening fill people filling the aisles, and certainly not manning any checkouts. Instead, try Foodworks, once a queue begins to form, they call people off the floor.that's customer service!

The staff are friendly, they do their best to help & serve. The place is clean. The carpark is decent.

Best supermarket in this area by a long way. I like that the younger workers respond to you and show.

not say hello not peak up for me but she do say hello to other OZ people and peack everything

Bought 2 “cooked” Crayfish for Christmas $56.00. Defrosted, cut up and refrigerated the tails. Tossed the docket out with the Crayfish heads as bin day was Friday.morning.
Went to add butter and spice mix the next day.
All the perfectly white cray meat had turned spotted with a black fungus.

This occurs when the Crayfish is under cooked and not brought up to the right temperature.

Reported this to 4 Woolworths staff. Showed them the crayfish pieces. Black fungus all over it. Have I got the docket? Do I have rewards…. Stuff that! …. Why would I go back to my local Woolworths to show them the result if I hadn’t bought them from there?

Clearly I knew I wouldn’t get my money back. I looked at the remaining crayfish at Woolworths they also looked black under the carapaces. I hope nobody else bought them!
I went to Coles and bought their very last one.
Hope no one got ill on Christmas Day from eating those Woolworths crayfish.

Fantastic supermarket fresh. The staff are wonderful my 89 year old mums favourite place to shop. She loves going with the family to shop there every friday.ifor her its special my father would shop there with her when it was stammers. She wont shop no where else good customer service.

Where do I begin customer service go beyond five stars. Staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. The store is clean and tidy and shelves are always fully stocked or being stocked.

Looks old from the outside but just like any Woolies on the inside. Doesn't seem too bad as a woolies but got yelled at by some old guy for no reason.

Served by a really friendly nightfill girl. Jumped over a few pallets out back to look for hand wash for me, although it was not the one I wanted, she was apologetic about the situation and I understood. I appreciated the enthusiastic effort to help and friendliness.
