Woolworths Midvale

We do our weekly shop on a tuesday at approx 2 pm, we have noted recently that the bakery shelfs are always empty of cream sponge and other cream items which we used to regularly purchase.either there is a shortage of product or the bakery staff are not producing enough.we then visit other woolworths and coles in the area and product is always available. It is also extremely difficult to obtain an email address - only have a feedback form which will not let me lodge my complaint and want me to use the robotic 'olive' which achieves nothing.what is the problem in having an email address available to customers?

Generally find this store good however todays click and collect picker needs a rocket up them. Tried to substitute raisin bread for plain wholemeal bread and then all are frozen things did not turn up. This was a poor show. Got a refund on line but not much compensation 2 days before Christmas. I would have expected a better service.

Hard to get into, underground parking swear pricing higher than other local.full on punchup fighting out front. Mmmm may thing again next time

I rang Woolies for the 2nd time, after seeing oral b electric toothbrush on sale for $25, was told the first time after quite a wait on the phone, that they don't have them, 2nd call bk forget trying to get through no one answers the phone, great customer service Not, might have better luck with Centrepoint!

Dee and Steve in the Deli have amazing customer service. My request was short notice and there was no hesitation ensuring my request would be meet. I give them both 5 stars for customer service.

Good supermarket but I ALWAYS have to complain to get someone on a checkout! I'm not going through self scan with a whole trolley full of groceries!

Always clean and organised, staff are very friendly and helpful. Click and collect is very prompt. Always find good deals and specials here

Not a great range. Fewer options. Saw a roast chicken with $39.99.on price tag.

New store, easy close parking also under shade. Well stocked and very clean inside. Great new trolleys. But as usual no staff on registers so forced to use self serve checkout.

Wait in the express lane behind a lady with a full shopping trolley of groceries not much of an express lane

Easy access, beautiful presentation, well stocked, not crowded and friendly staff. Nothing else needed

Rude customer service at self check out. Chit chat with each other and didn't want to work.

Brand new woolworths. Convenient location on Morrison Road. Also a smoke mart nail salon and newsagents in the smaller shops. Hopefully the other vacant shops will fill real soon.

Staff are friendly and eager to help in this new store. I really hope this new Woolworths store does put brakes on their customer shopping trolleys, I left the trolley for a moment to put the shopping in the car and it rolled away. It hit someone else's car but luckily, there was no damage done. Looking forward in shopping here from now on with smaller shops on the way but all up, good experience.

They get 3 stars for the set up of Disabled Parking on the side of the building which has no access entrance to get into building, then they have go around to front of store for access. Very poor planning
