Woolworths Kalamunda reviews
36Dismal meat selection, its all pre-packaged. The shelves are regularly out of stock, not enough staff
Not only does this Woolworths not offer sufficient parking spots for disabled people.
But they have terrible customer service, came in to get some ham sliced up, but the deli worker told me she needed to get the chickens out before she could slice me some ham and to come back in 10 minutes. I did and there was about 10 other customer standing waiting to be served in the deli section.
My question to Woolworths is with your record profit and price gouging is it really that hard to slice some ham. It's $30 a kilo! Terrible service. Robots would do a better job. Meanwhile I spotted 10 staff members walking around the store doing sweet f all.
Just like Coles, price gouging! I'd like to see the farmers get the price they charge! I rarely buy veggies or meat there, I go to spud shed for vegies where prices are what they should be and the beef shed for my meat.
Not able to get sourdough bread for week's now.spoke to another customer who wasn't able to get the bread he would normally get either. Told stock supply is low.and the person who normally does the ordering has been unwell? Surely someone else can carry the torch for a sick employee. Get you act together Woolworths Kalamunda.
Got served by a young man named Jett, very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend him to others
Offers a large variety of products with expected prices. The store is decently kept and is always being restocked. Parking is manageable to say the least, however every Mum in an SUV speeds through the carpark and there is a dismal amount of trolley returns. There should at least be one outside the front of the store, instead they're left littered all over the footpaths.
They have the new PRIME HYDRATION, my autistic unborn son really enjoys it, he cheers all day “ WE GOT PRIME BOYS WE GOT PRIME” AND “GOT THE PRIME” he recommends ice pop, blue raspberry and says he can now take over the world. WILL BE BACK
All the workers are so kind, especially at the front.
Despite being so overworked on checkouts, with some ungrateful customers picking on the young ones for their service (probably reason why the store sends more people to self-serve now).
I've even seen some of the checkout workers, who I know ARE EXPERIENCED, get picked on lately because they're exhausted from being the only ones on all the time. They work so hard despite the small wage! Be Nice.
Although they're having their share of product shortages, the shelves are generally well stocked. Staff are friendly and I rarely experience delays at (mostly self) checkouts.
Having been a checkout chick within the past 5 years with Woolworths I found The Kalamunda store a very quiet store compared to the one I had previously worked at in Canningvale.
Kalamunda store has a huge range of items with wide open spaces, abd spacious aisles for shopping in.
Thoroughly recommend the experience
I'd like to give a big thank you to Sue who went out of her way to deliver the missing items from my click and collect order. I understand these things can happen and really appreciated her taking the time to deliver the missing items personally after she finished work. Give this lady a raise!
I grabbed some good deals today and I was also able to be there late enough to find all the assortment of breads and savoury rolls.
When Deli staff ask "who is next" they mean anyone first to speak get's served first.
Woolies, what a great place.
I regularly visit and purchase a loaf of fresh bread - the good stuff from the bakery. Carefully, I carry the loaf home thinking, of nothing other than butter slowly melting over that wheaty goodness.
Click and collect service is shocking, not enough bays, massive wait times and very arrogant and rude staff on the phone when called about it.
Sometimes hard to find stuff in here. I wish some Woolworth stores could be a bit more similar in there positioning of items
Normally really enjoy the experience but recently have started making customers bag their own goods, quite frustrating when you have a baby in your arms.
Much the same as most other Woolworths, including an average of only 2 staffed main checkouts whereas Coles High Wycombe averages 4 staffed checkouts.
Nice clean store but that's where it ends. There's never enough check outs on, on the weekend. Started shopping later in the evening, fruit and vegies are very limited. If their stock cages are in the way of something you want they don't bother to move them, you move them yourself or try and reach around it. Was shopping on a Monday night, finished just before 8, no checkouts open asked the girl if she could please open one for me, she said no they are short staffed (there were 2 workers at the cigarette counter) and to use the self serve. What a joke I had over 200 items.not happy Jan, left my full shopping trolley there and left. I spend between $350-400 everyweek there so I expect some service. Won't go back there I'm happy to drive the extra 5 mins to Coles.
Really great, friendly staff! I just moved here & I found everything I needed too which is always a good sign.
