Woolworths Fremantle South reviews
42This place sucks. The self service checkout was going to charge full price on an item that was a half-price special, and the only way I could get the special was to walk back and take a photo of the ticket! Not only that, I had to go back into the store to get the full refund I was actually entitled to!
Nice and clean and fresh looking veggies and fruits. We bought a beautiful eye fillet that melted in our mouths only $17. Friendly staff and helpful at self checkout.
Was told to wear a mask even though these restrictions aren't required. On a positive the lady at the checkout was friendly.
Two years and I'm still listening to wear a mask and social distancing requirements. So sick of hearing this. Sydney has moved on why can't this shop. Telling customers but no staff wearing the mask. They don't work and this keeps the the fear rolling on.
Do better
Great shopping but the parking can be treacherous! Even when we do a woolies click and collect, the designated parking bays can sometimes be full of people not doing click and collect. Be reasonable people
I bought a butterflied lamb shoulder which was awful: gristly, fatty, badly cut.
Never again.
Very good definitely had what I wanted.
Where as my local Woolworths didn't have what I wanted.
Pleasant enough, good range.
No policing of signing in or mask wearing during last covid restrictions. In fact signing in was not readily accessible. QR code only.
Have never had a bad experience in this store, even since the old store manager has left the high standards are still there. The staff are lovely especially Chloe, Joe, Claudia and Nicola. It always seems neat, tidy and well stocked and if an item is missing the staff always know why and when the next delivery is due in. Only thing that is missing is the sushi bar, love the one at Harvest Lakes.
A homeless looking man ran past me and pushed me over while he was stealing vanilla essence. I don't feel safe here and don't recommend going to this supermarket by yourself.
Once again stock is missing off shelves. Its obvious the Management is Incompetent. Two weeks there have been no Cucumbers, so lets not blame Covid again. No Hash Browns in the freezer, very limited supply of Masters flavoured milk. Thank to IGA Hampton Rd for having a full stock. Woolworths still have Isles blocked with stock trollies (mostly filled with rubbish) Wollies: You Still Suck.
First time at this Woolworths and I was very overwhelmed, staff were more than happy to help me which was lovely to see. Thank you
They didn't have the frozen vegetable chips that I have only ever found at Woolworths (except this one) bit it is a good store
Great shopping. Yes it does an if your in that area, shop till you DROP.
HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I collected an enormous order from here last weekend (enough to feed a party of 40 people for the weekend). The staff at Woolies were fantastic. My order was complete and ready on arrival and 3 friendly staff members loaded my car for me. Very happy with the service.
Can never leave satisfied as always multiple things I go in for are out of stock. Need to speed up replenishment as basic items can take days to replenish and also stock enough to cover advertised promotions. I prefer to shop elsewhere.
Better than the chaos at South Fremantle for parking but a bit less stock on the shelves and narrow Isles. Fruit and veg is not so good.
Did not have hand sanitizer or towl wipes for trolley at entry points. Asked an employee and was told we do not have any as she turned away. Obviously up to me if I stayed to shop or leave.
No wipes to wash hands or clean trolleys. Store clean staff ok did not need to ask for any help quick visit
Why do they never have checkouts open? ! I hate putting through a full trolley of groceries through the assisted checkouts, the touch screens don't work half the time and you have a bunch of young people staring at you like you are going to steal something. Never coming back.
