Choices in products diminishing every visit prices up more than a dollar only prices coming down are items not required

The staff are incredible. Every time I go in-store or do click & collect, I always have a great experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Even the security guards are lovely. This store has a real community feel about it.

A special mention to the lovely lady I collected my order from a few times. I always miss her name, sorry!

She always goes out of her way to talk to the kids and have a chat. She’s very kind and always brightens my day. So thank you.

The parking lot here is a nightmare and some staff are openly racist but it is a Woolworths and they have stock usually.

A few weeks ago i brought a pack of 4 rolls from the bakery, thinking they were fresh not the case as i was told by a staff member they are baked the night befour and then frozen, well why are not the customers told this? I have stopped buying rolls from woolworths now and now i go to bakers delight where you know what you are paying for.

Tuesday evenings are always messy. The Night fill people block the aisles, a lot of half price stock has been removed as too have other specials. Its hard to work out whst the right price is on some products. This all needs to be addressed.

Doesn't stock Tandaco or Atora suet. No cheap cuts of meat anymore. Doesn't stock local brand cheese. No Caro coffee. Shelf fillers work day shifts now so they block your way, view and disrupt the shopping experience. Higher prices than Coles. I have to put my own shopping through at the checkout. Less staff, less pay with even less benefit to the shopper. One extra star added because the staff are mostly nice and just trying to scratch a living.

Never any fresh bread no matter what time of day you go - staff seem to just make it up everyday when bread should be ready. Produce goes off within 1 day and past expiry date meat often found on the shelves

Staff is completely useless. But overall a nice clean modern Woolies. Was told this product is completely out of stock and came 2 minutes later to find it full

Went down to buy a bbq chicken at 5: 10pm Tuesday the 29th of November 2022 to see an older woman that works there munching on some chicken after getting them out of the rotisserie, that image completely put me off, not only that she is very unprofessional and rude. (Delt with her before)

I don't know why you would keep someone like that in customer service especially handling food.

Apart from that it's not a bad shop but I won't be back.

My local grocery store, always stocked with the best items and there’s always good deals here.
Staff here are helpful and polite and it’s pretty easy to find things that you need

Well overpriced for fruit, vegies and meat compared to other outlets, since covid there are no rainchecks now, this is very poor service by woolworths, so if there is a special and they do not have that item on the shelf, you cannot get a raincheck, so you miss out on the special, , i went to purchase a special on the 12may2022 product not on shelf, went in every day since to the 17may 2022 still the product was, nt there so i missed out, on saturday i spoke to a staff member refs this and was told they did not have any more in stock and the item should be coming, well specials finish tuesday, so if you want the item you have to pay full price, note no signage saying specials only while stock lasts, woolworths are being disloyal to there customers and do not seem to care, they used to look after there customers but thats gone out the door

The fruit and veg. It's usually tasteless or goes off really quickly.
Also compared to some other out let's the meat doesn't always seem as tasty, as elsewhere.staff not very helpful. UPDATE. Tried Woolworths Coolbellup today nothing changed staff not helpful to add insult to injury tried to buy a trout fish for dinner, took the trout to the checkout with a load of other shopping only to find half way through scanning no bar code on the trout asked lady at self checkout can you put through manually. No you have to take the fish back and get one with a bar code, So left with the choice of leaving all my shopping half scanned at the checkout or completing transaction I waited until my wife Joined me at the checkout, I then took the fish back to find none of them had a bar code. Whilst my wife was at the checkout finishing of the scanning she was approached by the lady and asked her where I had gone with the fish so obviously thinking I had stolen the trout. Well done with the customer service. Need less to say. I will not be shopping there again.

Used to be handy to shop at since they caused IGA next door to shut, but since COvid outbreak in their store about 3 months ago, they never have any stock. No dog food, eggs, toilet paper, milk, the simple basics. Try and limit purchases if these products or just order a lot more.

Perhaps I didn't understand their system for "click and collect", but it was bit of a hassle. It would have been quicker to get the groceries if the shelf myself. It is near my office, but probably using the oned on the way home next time.

I know we have supply problems but the idiotic Instagram spam of ' choose a like for like' product is embarassing. Sometimes the only product left if triple the price or hey.there's no fecking cheese at all.

Staff seem to be still learning
Store nice and bright
Couple of times specials unavailable.
Update November 23,2021: today a staff member went out of his way to help me find a bunch sample product. Very impressed and grateful.

Edit: Had the same lady today harassing me at checkout for donations. While other staff members had gently asked me before when they have been going charity donations at self checkout, this lady came up into my personal space and pushed a donation tag right near my face. Honestly I don't know why they have her in a customer facing position if she doesn't know personal boundaries.

Had an older woman watch me go through self service, pay and then as I'm about to leave with receipt in hand because I have learnt from others experiences here to always get a receipt even if only buying one item, get the secruity guard to pull me back to look through my bags even after I showed my receipt. She assumed because she found a random declined receipt on the ground that the person with a receipt in hand must have stolen goods. I would have been understanding if she hadn't been so short and accusatory the entire interaction. Never in my life have I been treated as such. What a horrid experience

It feels like a second rate Woolworths. I usually shop at the Willagee. No wipes for your trolley or hand sanitiser. Lots of stock not on shelf and the self service check out. Every time I scanned and item I had to tell machine I was using my own bag.
Lady next to me said the machines have been like that for a few weeks now. Come on pull your sox up Woolworths Coolbellup.
