I would have had rate the lady staff here today (30/10/2023) negative 1 not 1 star …especially the short elderly with blonde hair who did not accept my return item and said there is no return or refund policy here at Woolworths. Sorry I will not shop here again even thou I live locally.
The everything there was really expensive I couldn’t even get my favourite things

The set up of the shop is very easy to navigate through. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful, overall cleanliness of the store is fantastic. Shelves are stocked and presented well.

Kid at deli, I asked him for drumsticks, I needed 31, at the end he told me over 20 in the bags, get home, count them, only 18. I'll say no more
Clean tidy shopping centre
Has disabled parking and disabled toilets and Asian grocery, Muslim butcher, chemist and newsagents and a two dollar shop.
The lady staff stationed at the self checkout around 9: 30am 27/04/22 either has an attitude problem or simply lacking training.
“Yes? ” With a disgruntled tone is not a way to greet someone and seeing if they need any assistance.
Woolworth at Bennett Springs is new, clean as, Best part though is it never seems busy during school hours.
The veg department is very poor. The quality is terrible. If you have the time go to Beechboro or Noranda as their veg section has better quality. The staff are friendly, the store is clean.
Always seems to have a better variety of stuff with great reduced items sales. I stop off here weekly
The service was absolutely appalling, I went in today to buy 20 bottles of lipton saw an Indian lady filling them up and asked her if she could give me 20 of them and she gave me 16 instead, went to the service desk to pay for them and told them 20 but they didn't bother to count the bottles individually to make sure before hand so I ended up paying for 20 bottles instead of 16.
My favourite woolies, staff are friendly and helpful, always have the products I need and it is never overly crowded and if it is busy, they always open up checkouts quickly.

Clean, clutter free supermarket with great customer service, special mention to "Linda" on the self checkout who's always greeting customers with a big smile and a chat.
Nice casual shop tonight, got most of what I wanted. Checkout guy was very chatty and packed my groceries o.k.
Good Woolworths but need more allergy free from stuff I have a hard time finding soy free foods I'm highly allergic to soy
