Woolworths Beechboro reviews
44When to shops at 4.56 at Sunday and the security guard and the staff didn't let me in saying they are closed when there's clearly 4 more mins to close. Would you please clarify exact time shops meant to close.
Clean, good range, happy to see more plant based options available. Click and collect service is also excellent.
Lovely young girl named larissa helped my elderly grandmother with her shopping very appreciative!
Normal supermarket, hate self check out, believe stupid idea. Otherwise can't complain
I have been shopping here since this place was built. Had many facelifts along the way, but I love coming here. Staff are the best
So I had 25ish items, there were 2 checkouts open and the self serve. One checkout had some people going through with a full trolley so I went through the other. No one else was in line. It was the cigarette lane. The assistant served someone else then came back to me. She then said, this is the express lane. She wasn't nasty but I do think she was trying to embarrassing me. I replied 'no, where is the sign? She points to the ceiling, I apologise and she puts my items through. I rarely come to Woolies because of things like this, their prices and if you do go through self serve it's a barrage of them asking for more money for charities. I don't work for you woolworths, so I shouldn't have to put my items through the checkout myself, I suggest you pay for more staff if you want more customers. I wouldn't mind if your prices reflected the same savings you make from not hiring staff. I will stick to Coles down the road.
Costumer service was great, a product I brought was listed at the wrong price and I was given a refund, (the product was listed at $50 when it was really $60) I paid 60 and got 10 back (Darcy helped me)
Quite possibly the worst Woolworth's in Perth. Regularly missing/out of products, regularly have no checkouts beyond the front desk staffed.
Good customer service from staff and store manager at the Beechboro (Altone Park shopping centre) store. No issues returning faulty product and getting a replacement.
This was my local store for 3 years. Great signage, always tidy and clean. Staff always friendly and helpful, even when they looked very busy. Plenty deals to entice you, remember to check the rewards app for more deals. Checkout tills were often very busy but Self checkout was always great with helper available. Plenty trolleys and baskets, sanitation foam and wipes. Plenty car parking, cycle racks, wheelchair accessible.
We asked an imploye where the tomato sauce and they said "why should I no, go find it yourself
I personally think Coles is better
Woolworths is always great. Clean store. Fully stocked. Great friendly helpful staff. Fruit and veg always fresh.
Everytime I have visited this store, half the shelves are empty. No bread, no meat, no milk. Various times and days of the week
The Beechboro (Altone Rd) store is hopeless at picking online orders. Picked up my order at direct to boot - two items missed that I noticed immediately and alerted them to this. This is not the first time I've had to alert them to missing items when collecting. Then I got home and unpacked everything else and was missing 4 items plus had ordered a 1kg bag of onions - I received one loose onion!
I tried calling the online support - all you get is a robotic prompter so try online chat and the same thing.it is impossible to speak to anyone to provide feedback about the experience.
Very good I wasn't prepared to scan my own shipping so the beautiful young woman did it for me and I couldn't afford what I'd grabbed and she made it all cheaper and I got change. How you like that
They make very good jalapeno bread it has garlic in it, the people who work here are such nice people
Love our Woolies at Beechboro All of the staff are so lovely and helpful. It makes grocery shopping a joy
Only good for your basics, I think it's a training super market.
Not much in range so its easier to fill
Ticket prices are wrong & some don't follow policy of offering at ticket price.
Items stacked in wrong location therefore scanning at different product price costing more.
Always having to check my receipts with every visit ️
If you don't know the area it seems like it's been set up to get lost.
In the centre couldn't find a cake shop, couldn't get served at a donut shop. Not an enjoyable visit
I shop here for my weekly groceries. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Store has recently been renovated so looks nice and clean as well.
