Good service and called to ask if something is in stock and I got all the info about what stock they have and how much!

Very disappointed with the customer self checkout always jam-packed like a sardine can, and it's also impossible to use the staff assisted checkout also jam-packed, especially on Saturday,
This problem can easily be fixed by adding a few more check out tills next to the bakery,

Some items missing off the shelf. Usually well stocked. Prices have increased in most products by dollars not just 10%.

Parking is usually crowded but reasonable. A wide variety of shops makes this a very popular place.

Ok. Up and down with the amount of goods from the bakery but I guess that reflects wider staff shortages. BWS next door is handy and Baker's Delight across the way as well.

A young bailey smith look a like tosser treated me like trubbish. He swore at me and yelled that he will RKO me if I didn't scan the food myself. Then another young male came over saying he will smash my head in if I didn't make a tik tok of his car. I also then noticed Bailey Smith was stealing bulk packs of Afl footy cards. Absolutely Deplorable.

Friendly staff. However very limited stock, seems to be a favourite locale for the 'toliet paper/paper towel etc-hoarding' freaks.

Was surprised to find that cooked chickens are now $11. And very disappointed that the chicken was very over cooked and dry. I need to start cooking my own chicken.

Recent events have made me realize how much stuff we get from interstate. Go IGA and Aldi, their shelves are still stocked, Aldi's have gaps, IGA have very few gaps on their shelves. Buy WA local!

This place is an absolute joke, even before the supply issues they never had a decent amount of stock on shelves and it has only got worse. Much better going to Coles or a local IGA

If you do want to sell cartons don't out them on the shelves for customers to be disappointed when they get to the check out. Extremely bad service and don't take stuff out of my trolley!

Your freezer section is in desperate need of fixing.
I work for an icecream company and your ice creams are too soft because the freezer is icing up on the roof of freezer.
This is not good for consumers that buy the icecream. It shouldn’t go soft and be refrozen.
This is a very serious health issue.
I spoke to a Woolworths worker weeks ago and he couldn’t care less.
Every week I shop there and the freezer is getting worse each week.
Customers should not buy from these freezers, you could get sick from re-freezing the icecream.

Always good. Every thing is good and healthy. The staff are good and friendly. The Environment is nice and warm.

Waiting 45 mins everytime for collect makes it pointless. I might as well go around and pick up the items myself

I like that I can get most things I need and that there's more available cashiers than Coles Whitfords

I love shopping at Woolworths in Westfield Whitfords. I don't often get here because it is 20 min.from my home. Being a large store with constant turn over, there is always a great range of choices in the fruit and vegetables section, can't walk past the bakery! Many products to choose from and the liquor store joined in?

Always a well kept store. Clean tidy with help and assistance readily available from the staff.

Good range of products (especially vegetarian cold & frozen meals). Plenty of baskets, trollies and checkouts open. Clean and pretty tidy (they had a lot of cages out, restocking shelves).

Lovely clean supermarket. Lots of choice. Really good butchery section but also good choices for vegans.
