Woolworths reviews
59 Very busy small format city woolworths. Lots of check outs and you move really quickly through them.
Every staff member that interacted with me was friendly. This is a nice woolies.
Liquor store located next door too
If your checkout machine allows people to not having a receipt for small amount groceries m, then please don't waste people's time asking for that receipt when your alarm at entrance didn't ring.
That's extremely rude!
Always clean and well organised. The staff I've met a friendly and helpful. Limited range because it's a city store but they have everything you need if you're not fixated on a specific brand (which is me occasionally) but great for a city store. They're always smaller and limited.
Clean, organised and centrally located. Definitely a well-run Woolworths, despite the obvious spatial challenges of being in a tightly-spaced city building.
Useful if you work in the CBD and need a few things or just pick up a lunch. Not very large but covers most needs. Unlike the Coles in Raine square, it does carry the weekly specials, so no nasty surprises like I've suffered with Coles in the past.
Most sale products advertised are not available. No apologies. No rain checks. Poor customer service.
Wasted my time. Only wanted my Cawston press juices and it appears that Brilliant Beetroot has been deleted. I find this unacceptable as they are the sole suppliers of cawston press and I know that it is very popular!
Average cbd supermarket. Personally I will choose the other cbd store in future. The fresh produce (onions) were on the turn and would have been rotten in a few days.
There was a lack of supply for most other fresh produce
Would'nt recommend to anybody whos shopping in Perth CBD, staff are rude especially the one in charge of the team at entrance to the store, also to add are the regular fights and appalling behaviour from citizens who come in often
It's a smaller store with a smaller range than a normal Woolworths but it's still a good store.
Busy store, staff quite rude and unfriendly. Customer service staff (checkout supervisor) not really interested to help with the workings of their checkouts but quite happy to watch you trying to work out how to use them. By choice would not go back unless an emergency.
Good store. It would get 5 stars if it wasn't slightly beaten by the other Woolies under the Enex plaza.
Chilli tuna! Chilli salmon! So many strange cheeses! °¬° DIY food platter options, several picnic foods, snacks, protein yoghurt or a fast caffeine boost in a central location. Arty back-alley to view, disappear or seek refuge in the epic hidden cafe. *_*
Very convenient having a CBD woolies for to/from urgent purchases. Well stocked and good range of products.
The same good Woolies experience.
The liquor shop closes a little late which is a plus to me.
I've been shopping there for a long time. That being due to the staff being well trained & always a smile on their face. I love Woolworths.
Great prices, wonderful staff that are helpful and very kind and the store set up is easy to navigate
Every thing you should expect from a grocery store, Quality fresh food with a neat and tidy layout and top service. No waiting in a line up saved time.
This particular branch pales in Stark contrast to the great service at the Hay St store. Here there's a collection of odd checkout staff. Their behaviour is just off. Mostly blank, bovine looks. Half of the time you may receive a greeting.
Just poor communication skills.
The store layout, it's confusing, and the stock on certain items remains empty - for instance, Walkers shortbread, has remained out of stock for the past 2 weeks.
There's also a different type of customer here.
I'll pass and simply go to the Hay St branch in future.
