Not enough check outs open as per usual. No 12 items or less check out either. Not a fan of self serve check outs not my job.

Its our local. We are always able to get what we need. The store is looking awesome with the latest renovation. Friendly and helpful staff.

Too busy doing online orders pushing past people to pack the green crates not the same customer service what you get at Coles

I had a worker follow me and a friend around the shops, then proceeded to approach us and ask us where our parents were, saying we weren’t allowed to be in here without a parent. Keep in mind I am 17, have my license and can drive. This has never happened anywhere else, and it honestly made me very uncomfortable and anxious. He then proceeded to stand there and watch us like a creep. This happened today whilst I was down the beauty isle, the worker had dark brown hair and tattoos. Extremely unimpressed with his behaviour.

Normally have such a great experience with staff but tonight we went to the service desk and was greeted by the most ungrateful unfriendly rude staff ever. Tempted to not return that’s how bad they left us feeling

Great for weekly shopping, not too crowded, although on weekends it could be.

I think it's one of the biggest woolies in the area. Recommended:)

Nice supermarket. Friendly staff. Lots of products. A few out of stock. But in general a good place for shopping. Value for money.

My only shop I will go too, great deals and superior quality, very helpful staff.

Smaller store bit very clean and tidy. Markdowns are generous, staff are really. Friendly, lost star because the deli, butcher attendent's always seem to be out the back and don't come out so you end up walking away.

Love Woolies Baldivis! Plenty of parking and accessibility to the store - staff here are always so helpful too.

Woolworths in general always has a great selection of brands at great prices. All stores are well laid out, and easy to navigate. Woolworths Baldivis has a really great Deliver to Boot option, where you place your order online and then just reverse into a pick up bag and your goods are delivered to your boot. Great option which is low contact too, or those that like to drive out to pick up, and don’t particularly like shopping in store.

The online ordering experience is next-level good, and has really helpful features like reminding you if you’d like to add items to your online basket that you forgot, based on items your purchased in your last order. Keep the great work Woolies.

Despite the empty shelves due to panic buying and supply chain issues, the store was pleasant enough.

Great special on the reusable silicon sandwich/snack bags.

Friendly staff, however, lately I have been very disappointed with the produce section. The stock on show is very limited, meaning the selection and choice is also limited.unfortunately, aswell for such a busy store, never enough checkouts are open.

For a Sunday, I was very impressed with the store.
The Produce section was full and fresh quality and the deli had a wide range of stock.

Welcoming environment, very organised and easy to find stuff. Brilliant staff especially Zac a year 10 student who always brighten your mood by socialising with every customer. Please help me to make Zac appreciated. Good job Zac keep it up.

Lots of choices of products lots of specials. Staff are friendly. Parking in Waikiki shopping centre is shocking, It's a rat race which makes people very impatient. I think Waikiki shopping centre should let people park at the back and open the side door for the public
