Woolworths reviews
32 Excellent facilities, friendly staff and service.
Had everything we required at a good price.
I wish that woolworths would stand by there own mantra and actually be "The FRESH food people" Instead of serving us old 12 month+ cold storage vegetables at premium prices that don't last a week in our fridges! Some of it is actually rotting on their shelves.
Pick up your game, Woolworst.
On Monday I lost my phone I thought in Woolworths. To loose your phone and credit cards was a double whammy. I felt physically sick I didn't know what to do first. To the lovely lady behind the smoke counter, thank you for your kindness and support it was so appreciated. To Brenton (security man) who went through security footage led me to retrace my footsteps prior to entering woolworths. A lovely honest couple picked up my phone on the bench seat. She in turn asked did anyone know me. As centre management was closed she took my phone home to where she called my favouite list and called my boss.he retured to me at my home.
Thank you to everyone at Woolworths so grateful for your help and kindness.
Also a big thank you to the young lady at the coffee shop who told me the couple had been in and tried to hand in at centre management.
Thank you thank you to everyone im elated to have my phone and everything back in tact.
One very happy lady. I am so lucky.

Well stocked and good service. Way better than kalamunda store. Good to see all shelves full. More to choose from. It's Easter time and I like marshmallow chocolate eggs but none. Can't get them. Never mind it was pretty good shopping anyway
The service from the checkout was absolutely perfect it is great to actually have someone to treat me like I'm important to be at your store spending our time and money instead of a machine not greeting us with a smile and nothing. I do not like the machines as l think that I don't get discount for using it as Woolworth do not pay me wages to serve myself so please keep the Ladies on to serve us. Thankyou
Worst click and collect
They do not bring your shop out to the click and collect car bays
You have to go in and wait at the service counter
They had the one thing I wanted and had tried 3 other stores for (freezable yoghurt pouch) staff were friendly especially the lady in self service.
Routinely shut the entrance shudders 10 minutes early, no other nearby woolworths does this. Can't run in last minute couple of items. Also in another instance staff were rude, ushering everyone one by one to checkout at 8: 54pm on a weekday. Have never had that experience at any other woolies before.
I wish that woolworths would stand by there own mantra and actually be "The FRESH food people" Instead of serving us old 12 month+ cold storage vegetables at premium prices that don't last a week in our fridges!
Generally ok but what's the point of having a butcher section when there is rarely anybody to serve you? 2 staff in the aisles watched and didn't offer to help.
Excellent service always well stocked and the staff at the checkout with a smile and helpfull. Would not go anywhere else.
I’m a local in Forrestfield and generally do my shopping at woolworths, today I went to the deli department for some fresh ham and some other bits but not really to my surprise the cold meat section looked very ordinary old dried up ham the mortadella looked all dry and even started to change shape like a cup! I asked the lady behind the counter if they had fresh ham and she said to me what’s wrong with the ham here? I said to her it looks very ordinary and looking at her face she looked like she was getting angry. I said don’t worry about it and started to walk away as I was leaving that area she started to raise her voice at me but I didn’t hear what she was saying I guess that was lucky for her! I’ve purchased my cold meat at Swansea market and even got a smile from the great team that work there! So to the management at Woolworths Forrest field I think better staff training would be advisable and rotating old food that is displayed to the public a must. People do not buy rubbish and don’t deserve that sort of treatment!
I have been shopping at the Forrestfield Woolworths since it inception
Two weeks ago I had my wallet stolen from my zipped up handbag which was in my shopping trolley There were 3 women one kept me engaged in the conversation whilst the other two stole my wallet from my handbag I didn't realise that my wallet had gone until I came to pay at the check out Be warned be very careful who you are helping The checkout staff and Senior staff especially Kelly and Jason were so understanding kind caring and helpful
I was traumatized and so anxcoius They help calm me down They were very aware of my severe hearing deficit They explained to me what I had to do Thank you Woolworths for donating my shopping and giving me a $100 voucher I lost my credit cards etc etc I am a pensioner and I sincerely appreciated your kind generosity
I am also very grateful for all the staff at Forrestfield Woolworths who helped
Thank you Mrs D Dwyer
The staff are always nice. Has good international items. I experienced a miracle here there was a trolley without a bung wheel.
I went to Woolworths Forrestfield yesterday to do our weekly shopping, and I have two concerns, why does the music in the store have to be so loud all the time. It would nice to have it a bit softer, so one can think about what they are purchasing. The other concern is a very important, is how some staff members of Woolworths wear their masks, they don't cover their nose with the mask.
Within the time I was in the store, I saw four staff members who were not wearing their masks properly.
I do hope someone in management at Woolworths Forrestfield reads this post and acts on my concerns.
Just a daily shop! Got everything I came for, staff on the aisles were helpful and the young man on the checkout knew his stuff!
Big beautiful Woolies with a really nice Deli and seafood Dept!
Meat servery was a bit of a let down at 11am wasn't even half full.
Love Woolies what can say. Always looks clean and a great variety. Staff are always helpful too
Good specials, organisational skills of floor planners are terrible - everything seems all over the place
Midland Woolworths has a wide range of products and I usually have a good shopping experience there. Occasionally they don't have enough staff working at the tills which makes it a slower and frustrating wait but the staff are always friendly and very helpful.
