Woolworths

There were only 3 check outs open and 4 self serve check outs, it was very busy I think someone needs to check the roster more - lunch time Fridays seem to be busier than people thought!

Typical Woolworths.long lines never enough checkouts, out of over a dozen on hand, there is never more than two operators at the same time. Never has enough staff.
There's no such thing as a "quick" shopping trip here, be prepared to wait.

This Woolies is as well kitted out with stock as most any other Woolies in town.also has BWS (their liquor store) next to it

Only shop there once. Very busy but hard go find a purchase as different outlay to other Woolies Supermarkets

I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a Woolies. Homeless out the front, most the lights switched off inside the shop and the overpowering smell of other people's body oder. Maybe it's just the time of day, right after school at about 3: 30pm when all the kids hang around.

Very uneasy feeling about the whole centre.

Not enough self serve checkouts and never enough normal checkouts open. Takes longer to pay than shop most times.

In light of current events i was blown away by the helpfulness and generosity of the staff. Notably the ladies on the registers. Doing an awesome job!

I attended this morning at 11: 00 with the new operation hours and was great to see the store ensuring everyone lined up to enter in an orderly fashion and limited numbers entering at any time within the store. Appropriate distancing was observed as well as limitations of certain items. I was very impressed with the way this was managed, the helpfulness from the staff, the range of stock available (toilet paper was still available after I had completed a full weeks shop). The whole experience was calm with no sense of panic. Also the Centres security team did a great job

Went there on Friday to order a roast for pickup at 9am Saturday, got there and was told we forgot to cook it, why don't we try our luck at Midland gate or come back in an hour or so. Not good enough.

Well stocked. Clean. Watch out for bag snatchers but I believe there are security guards around as a deterrent.

Watched a drunk try to stel a 60 dollar bottle of wine went in his shorts and smashed everywhere. Needs more security.

Always helpful. Woolworths Midland is the friendliest store I have shopped at. The staff are friendly. My favourite store.

I shop here purely for the access to easy parking and the friendly staff at this store. They have a lovely Kenyan man Chengo who is always smiling and making my visit that much more enjoyable.
Woolworths should clone him and have one or more staff like him in every store.

Ever seen a zombie work a checkout? You haven't? Neither have I.but this place comes close.sure it's a typical woolies, laden with fair prices for the avid bargain hunter.but it always feels like a lazy Sunday arvo here, even when it's packed.maybe there's something in the aircon here but the staff, friendly as they are, just seem so bored and half asleep most the time.theres annother woolies at midland gate, go there if you prefer the fast lane

I like this store the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always reduced items to grab for a real saving and a great meal to enjoy.

Been shopping here for years.great local wooleys.not the busiest new superstore.but thats what gives it a plus for me

I shop at Centrepoint regularly and always get geat service. I have no complaints with Woolworths Centrepoint.

Clean. Good hot meal. Tastie food. Clean toilets. Variety of seating. Big outside area. Helpful staff. Well organised.

Got harassed by one of the staff from the meat section asking if I needed help. It's not what she said but how she said it that offended me. The tall young lady with brunette hair.
