Woodvale SUPA IGA

Love the renovations, & everything you've done, however, this probably sounds insignificant but I have to ask.whatever inspired you to literally HALF the servings of the homemade cottage pie, lasagne etc yet STILL charge full price? I know many people have complained and yet you're still charging full price! I'm so disappointed because I would buy the cottage pie at least twice a week and I know dozens of people who feel the same way. Come on management, I think you're having a laugh. I see you're now way overstocked! Speaks for itself doesn't i? Been a customer for over 20 years & sadly I purposely won't frequent you anymore than I have to.

I went to this IGA a few weeks back to purchase some beverages and snackalidge. I was successful in purchasing said items and then later indulged greatly in them. The checkout person (to not be specified) was a very polite individual. We did not get in trouble for hitting Andy with the lobsters in the seafood section. Would shop again.

This has been my local Supermarket for 31 years. I am happy that the store is having a fabulous renovation but can you PLEASE do something about the quality of your fruit and vegetables. They are often old, wilted and second rate. Alot of us drive to IGA Kingsley to get lovely fresh produce

I love the new changes at IGA but they don’t sell prime yet. The food is very good, especially the deli meals.

I was hoping that the new exciting changes might mean that the staff would be a little more pleasant! Unfortunately this is not the case. I've been a number of times to this IGA and have been put off by the dour staff at the checkout. Well I went again today to give it another go. Not a smile or friendly gesture to be seen! Seriously IFA please get the girls to at least look at the customer and say hello!

Looks like the next stage of the renovations is just about ready with a new fridge section, loving the new additions:)

All child harnesses in the trolleys they I tried were not functioning. Edgewater is now better.

Me and my mates went into the woodvale IGA to get some choccy milk and we were followed since we walked in to the back when we made our way to the cashier we were accused of stealing and asked to empty our pockets front and back. How bored do u have to be to accuse kids of stealing. Your store is an absolute joke.

Product lines disappear off the shelf so I end up at Woolworths. Staff are very friendly as IGA. Good Deli section!

Where has all the stock gone? Where are all the local specials? IGA Woodvale for the past 20 years really was the flagship I believe of the IGA Brand. Minimal stock held, and no longer any choice. I ended up leaving most of my shopping list till I could get to the local Woolies. Has ownership changed recently (say in the last 18 months) ?

A great place to go for some quality fruit and veg and the odd conversation about theoretical physics!

The lovely Jenny she's welcoming and her display is second to none ask her for Local Pickings Olives oh and the Feta and herbs is lovely

I have been a customer of this IGA for the past 6 years, and have had excellent customer service and fresh food- I particularly love the Parmigiana! From the deli section. I would recommend anyone who wants fresh food to come on down to IGA Woodvale!
