Hi there, I’ve tried calling but can’t get through. I’ve bought koi from you previously and been very happy. I was there yesterday and bought 3 koi. When I took them out the bag I noticed one of the koi has a milky white film around it that’s flaking and looks like dead skin peeling off. I’m concerned it’s a parasitic infection, how can I save and treat this fish?

Wish i could rate this place higher. I ordered a spare part for my pond filter at about 12pm and it was delivered the next day. I've never had such a fast delivery before. And it was reasonably priced too. I will return.
Such a great selection of Koi and other fish + plants and accessories.really impressed. Only downside is they're quite far from 'Perth'. But its definitely worth the drive

The best place to look for a new pond. The service is excellent and my kids love walking around and looking at the displays and all the different types of fish. The range of fish is outstanding! I highly recommend to come have a look.
300 watt heaters/ all heaters close to half the price of large pet places. What a bargain, I'm going back to get another

Beautiful place to visit. Plenty of pond plants and Lillies. Picked up a couple of small koi. And some plants. Also some plants are suitable for an aquarium. Take your time walking through the lovely garden it's well worth a visit.
Really nice hidden gem that's worth visiting. The staff are really friendly and helpful, lots of stock and a beautiful little water grotto to wonder through.

Great if u would like the rest of ur koi to get aeromonas. Bought some fish few months ago for the first time in years thats how i know it was from here. And within the month those few fish started to deteriorate with open stomachs flesh peeling. Now has spread to all my fish called in some people to get a result and woodvale is notorious for contracting tge disease. Cheers big thank u for killing all my fish I've had for years
Top mob to deal with. I have bought both pumps and plants from them. Easy transactions and fast delivery. I bought 5 water lilies four weeks ago, amongst other plants. Two of the different lilies have been flowering for days. Unbelievable. So nice. Highly recommend this place.
Add a cafe and this place would be an amazing way to spend a lazy afternoon, planning and buying all you need to cosy up your garden.
Very interesting place, there are diferent ponds for different size of fishes and mostly koi fishes. The staffs are really friendly and helpful and it was a great fun with family.
Great range of ponds, fish, plants and accessories with convenient parking. Prices are reasonable and although limited range, you can usually get what you need or something very close. Always worth a visit for any pond issues.
