Lovely place full of a lot of goodies. The lady who served me was very sweet and kind. Definitely go there again.

Great range of souvenirs. Reasonable price. Would be great if the staff is smiling & welcoming instead of being so serious.

We visited this store this morning for the first time as we are from Sydney and visiting here for holiday, this Store the customer service was sooo Horrible Bad, “ and Oh my Godddd this Old Lady with white grey Hair and black glasses, she was sooo Racist and super Rudee and was showing her Uglie Faces to us and my kids just because we are Asian so she was being so racist with us, I wanted to try their Ugg boots on and she came to us in a rudely way “ she scratched away the boots from our hands which we were trying on for sizes, and she told us to put it back on shelves and don’t touch anything this that blah blah.we didn’t listen and we just ignored her blah blah blah. I’ was like are these boots for sale or just for show pieces on their shelves? I have visited many Ugg boots stores back in our home Sydney they were super nice and friendly service to us, I have never seen this Rude Racist lady here! So we have purchased a pair of Ugg boot, toys for kids and souvenir items from this store spend around 280$ and she still showed us her horrible uglie Rude faces to us and my kids, god knows where’s she from but I have never see a lady like her ever in my life ewww. I don’t want to see her face again ever it make us uncomfortable to visit store again so we won’t visit here again.

Good shop selling Australian gifts. Nice sales assistant. Recommend a visit when in Bunbury.
