Inefficient staff, none or low supply of products. Many more pharmacists in the area, give this store a miss

Bought some cream a few days ago here, they gave me a different brand from what’s on the prescription and it expires in a few months, the package looks very old, they didn’t mention anything about why they give me a different brand, i only realized it after a few days of applying. I guess they just want to get rid of the old stock. Also a few months ago when I got the antibiotics for my kid, they only give some powder but before when go to other pharmacies they mix water for me. Don’t think this is a good pharmacy, will go somewhere else.

Should concentrate on getting prescriptions out faster, not chatting with people, some people who come to get medicine are are not feeling well!

Nadia and all the staff are very understanding of customers’ needs and do their utmost to meet them. The thoughtful, cheerful manner in which all staff interact with customers is greatly appreciated.

Terrible experience.
They are selling the exact same thing for More than TWICE of the price from chemist warehouse for a prescribed antibiotics!

It’s $12.5 at chemist warehouse while they charged $26.56. I went back straight away within 5 mins to ask for a refund or at least a price match but they refused. They simply said it’s my fault of not doing research before the purchase. Definitely a rip off and I will never be back!

Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go back to receive this type of service!

Staff are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Phillip is very helpful and friendly.

I went there today to get my scripts filled as usual, and was informed I would need to wait outside in the heat because I had a mask exemption, I even offered to show them the original medical exemption due to my disability this is total discrimination I will not be going back there.

Just went in this morning. Very fast service by young male chemist. Got my medicine in and out. Definitely I come back again.

This pharmacy rip-off people. I bought one eye drop drop from there and they charged me $33/ whereas other pharmacy charges only $6.10/ for that 5 times less. I also bought one ointment from them and they charged me $23/ for that. Later I find out it’s cost only $9/ to other pharmacy. They are just disgraceful robber.

I was refused service after 10 minutes of waiting at the counter for not having a mask on. I was the only person in the store pre-transaction.the male staff attendant could have sold a mask to me as I didn’t have any and I was about to ask where I can find them in store. Instead, he refused service and pointed me to the door.

I understand we have entered a ‘lockdown’ but if the customer doesn’t have a mask, maybe offer one for purchase instead of refuse service. You have lost my business and respect due to this interaction. I will be advising people of my encounter and suggest another pharmacy.

Since leaving the store, I went to another pharmacy where I was advised of the mask situation and purchased one in compliance.

No need for the mask hysteria. This is Australia.

Female staff are lovely, unfortunately the male pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful when I brought in the wrong script paper. I came back shortly after with the correct script papers and he was dismissive and didn't apologise or even excuse his behaviour.
