Incompetence to the max, rude staff, long wait time even when it's quite, high prices compared to chemist warehouse. My script was for amoxicillin but they had none in stock and suggested we go to Cannington store,
Plenty of much better pharmacists to go to

My family and I have been coming here for years to get our scripts filled. However, since the recent renovations, all the good regular staff seem to have disappeared and everything has gone downhill! Over recent months we have been told our scripts are getting checked when in fact they haven't even begun to fill them! Staff prioritise older people who push in line over younger people who have been waiting, and seem less knowledgeable than before.

Omg don’t go here unless you want to be belittled and judged by some pharmacist named Patrick. Stay away. Go to rostrata chemist instead. They are so much more welcoming and understanding. Improve your customer service skills. I only went here because rostrata chemist was closed. Trying to support local businesses but instead was given the rudest service. I will tell everyone I know to stay away. Best of luck

Terry white brand products are way cheaper then wizard. They are also a lot more friendly and organized.

Way more overpriced then anywhere else. The customer service team seem very confused all the time, maybe because of a lack of adequate training. The cashier's at the back are the only staff I respect here.

I was there 2 weeks ago in desperation to get some medication to sleep as I have had sleepless nights. I explained to the Chinese pharmacist what medication I’m on and what my medical problems are.

She was just the best.

As it turned out, I have been taking this medication at the wrong time.should be morning but I have been taking it at night.

The medication has serotonin - the happy pill and of course I lay there every night wondering why I can’t sleep!

I am so thankful to her for the advice.

She was obviously a pharmacist who really knows her meds well n not keen to just get a sale

Very rude staff at the pharmacist counter (short, black hair lady with glasses). She was impatient with her tone of voice and body language making sure I understood she’s not happy serving me. In Wizard Pharmacy website its written “Our employees are inspired to offer excellent customer service and are consistently caring”… I left without buying the medicine and feeling emotionally and physically unwell after that. I’m sure not all the staff are same like her but I will never come to this pharmacy again.

The pharmacist was so helpful, I forgot my repeats and staff were able to get them from some script list, sent me a text message to approve their access so the item could be dispensed. The pharmacist also loaded my remaining repeats into their mobile app so I can order from my phone and don't need to worry about forgetting the paperwork next time. Very Happy!

Love this pharmacy! I'm there every week for scripts and they will often grab my order when they see me coming in because they remember me which is a great feeling - I never feel like a number.

Love visiting this store the staff are so friendly and always greet me by name. The medication app makes it easy to order my monthly script aswell!

Called and phone kept ringing for a long time. Unable to verify whether my medication has arrived. Sent an email to enquire 2 weeks ago still no reply.

Need to update their opening hours. States they’re open at 8.30am on a Sunday which they are not!

Appalling. I wont be going back. I walked in with a mask exemption CLEARLY around my neck. I was told to wait outside for my prescription.
I felt like a leper because of their blatant DISCRIMINATION.

Cashier (Philip) was absolutely lovely, pharmacists was friendly and efficient also. Great service

Very friendly and experienced staff with reasonable price. My daughter got ear pierced over here and it's very professional.

This shop is three times more expensive than Chemists warehouse. Don't buy here. This business is robbing customers. You still have to wait 30 minutes. The girls don't have the knowledge to guide you. Medicine is dispensed by automatic software and prone to mistakes. You don't get that personalised service from an experienced pharmacists and still pay very high price. Better off going to Chemists warehouse if you want it cheaper or go to owner operated pharmacists of you want good service. Was worried about the senior citizens buying medicine here. They may get the wrong medicine and they wouldn't know until it is too late.

Tried to tell me I couldn't get a Ventolin inhaler without a prescription whilst I was struggling to breath. Unbelievable. Denying somebody medicine. Inhumane. Won't be back.

Very unhelpful, rude and have had way too many problems with something as simple as fulfilling a script.

I’m not normally in to reviewing places but I feel the experience I had at this chemist was not only frustrating, but a very serious error that I feel the need to share. I am really disappointed that I was incorrectly dispensed my prescription, I travelled all the way to my GP to be told that you guys had given me the wrong product I was prescribed. Your pharmacists should be less careless as this could have been a serious error, possibly another member of the public who’s health is dependant on their medication had been dispensed wrong, I was lucky that my doctor told me before I started the medication. I also found the till clerk to be the only one apologising about the issue even though she wasn’t to blame, the pharmacist just asked me if I was going back to the GP now. Unfortunately I had to rebook for the following week, I won’t be returning and I certainly won’t be recommending you to anyone either. You should ensure your pharmacists are confirming medical products in future.

The staff are very. Rude, the lines are long, they are so used to being the only chemist around that client care is non existent and if you want to get out of the chemist before your next birthday, do NOT frequent this establishment. They just don’t care!
