5 It was such a bad experience with the girl working there. I went there to have my paper signed but got refused on the spot without even checking. She said we don't have time for all this.
Even if you don't have time, at least refuse with some polite manners. That girl was such a disgrace.
Staff really needs to learn basic retail etiquette not welcoming have two girls in the aisle just stare at you as you are looking for something no greeting what so ever or offer to help and the young lady on checkout was no better. Two star for decent pricing. Go else where. Should have stayed as Priceline.
I wish it stayed Priceline. I waited 30mims for my script because they forgot about me even though I was standing right at the counter. And they charge a lot more than most chemists. Was shocked when I heard the price.
Tried to get my injection three times now at Joondalup. Everything I turn up there in an hour plus wait. The last time they were over 4 hours behind. Due to extreme back and leg pain I can’t wait long. I booked in with Priceline instead. I was in and out as quickly as possible. Both staff were very helpful and understanding of my pain and anxiety. They made it really easy for me.
I didn’t even feel the injection and I was tense. My arm doesn’t hurt. The pharmacist was amazing. The lovely young lady supporting her was wonderful.
Staff helpful. The best thing about this pharmacy is the health check machine that they have! Free and user-friendly! I will definitely use it again!
