They seem to forget what is important that's us the people left me sick with out getting my script in that they needed to order in they told in the next day nothing not a call not a care I would not recommend them at all

I depend on my medication as I get sick with out it I put my script in and they said it will be the next day and they will call me not a thing I've ran out of my pills there not about the us there all about them I will go els where for now there left me sick can't recommend

Stargate Wizard has been my go to chemist for at least 12 years. I regularly get scripts there and always find staff to be friendly, helpful and understanding. Being open until 9pm assists me greatly since due to health issues, I often sleep the entire day.

Been going here for 10 years for all my scripts and medications, with no major issues. Store is well stocked, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, wait times are reasonable.

These guys refused to give a free Rapid Antigen Tests to a pensioner and insisted if she wanted one there were plenty at the front of the store for her to buy!

This is my elderly mother’s local pharmacy and yesterday she asked for RAT test but was told they won’t provide the free ones for pensioners but she could purchase one at full price. Disgusting. She will not be going back there.

Stood in a near empty shop for 40 minutes with 4 staff behind the counter. No one made any contact with me, pretty terrible service as they could see me

Just back from a quick shop for some hearing aide batteries and what swift pleasant graceful experience it was to be served so thoughtfully by a young uniformed staff member.

My brother went into wizard pharmacy (stargate) tonight to buy some VLCD shakes. The lady who served him went above and beyond to help assist him! Her name was Jasmin, she was very pleasant and had plenty of time for him, she answered any questions and even gave him some of her own personal experience. He was extremely happy with her customer service!

Had to wait a fair amount of time to find it had been filled however my name not called out. I'm not psychic. Then to find out the script prices are more than double my usual. Go to Chemist Warehouse, shop at Stargate is over the top expensive. First and last visit, bad form Wizard.

Very rude pharmacist and tech
Can’t deal or help in any professional way especially when your in need to get an urgent medicine

Randomly accuses people of stealing.they wrote a letter to my mum who was a regular customer at the time, in the letter it told my mum that she had some store credit, my mum took the letter in to ask what the letter was about. The staff immediately took the letter and accused her of stealing. My mother (a senior citizen) has never stolen in her life! In the end the pharmacist questioned my mum, and apologised and said they got the wrong person. Now they've lost a honest customer.

Wizard Pharmacy didn't originally honour the warranty on a Vicks Vaporiser I purchased from them. I still had the box and receipt and it was within the warranty. They incorrectly told me that the manufacturer won't honour the warranty with them. I have spoken to the manufacturer and they are more than happy to warranty it even if Wizard replace it for me. Wizard only honour the warranty after I complained to consumer protection. Now I shop for pharmacy elsewhere. I may as well buy the products online, what's the point selling products if you don't warrenty them Wizard? I will continue to tell everyone I know never to shop in your store.

Worst customer service ever
My partner stood there for over 15mins to be served to find out she had to line up in another que to be served the 2 staff kept walking past her and didnt even state how can i help or.you need to que over there the sighns are high up and not visible for people who have eye sight issues and for elderly
There was also no sighn at the other deak to say pay here either. Rude staff will never be back

Called to ask a question about a script I need filled and was hung up on before I had finished speaking. Very rude and will not be shopping there.
