Wizard Pharmacy Kalgoorlie Central

Website needs to be updated, it states that the pharmacy takes Passport photos when they do not. Very frustrating when you make plans around this only to find out in store that they dont and its too late to go to the post office because its closed.

Peter is very helpful and gave great advice. Shop has very experienced and qualified pharmacist that are full of knowledge. Tamba is also another very experienced and very valuable asset to Wizard. Both are very approachable, informative and helpful.
I highly recommend shopping at this specific branch.

Usually have great service except for a few nights ago when I tried filling a script for antibiotics with an electronic script from my online doctor. The attendant stated she could not provide the medication as I was not a regular customer and there was a state wide systems failure of using a QR code to get a prescription. What was more frustrating is that she could read the prescription details on her screen. I was very upset by this as I needed them desperately to help clear up a bad infection which was visible to her. She rolled her eyes and was very unapologetic. I was able to have the script filled at another pharmacy so I’m not sure what she meant by state wide failure?

Rang to see if they had my script on file, and it ended up just being a case of them re-issuing it to me. Not a problem. However, the pharmacist I was on the phone with was incredibly rude and short tempered, she was not speaking nicely at all. I waited 10 min after hanging up for my script to come through and nothing. Rang again and thankfully the guy that picked up was nice enough. Script came through after that, but the woman that answered the first time was horrendous.

Andrew the manager is so amazing and friendly, I will only shop at this wizard because of his incredible customer service!

Have always received good face to face service when I visit this business - but trying to call them by phone is simply a joke. They just do not answer the phone. This must be a standard business practice for them, because their other shop in the new Coles Shopping Centre doesn't answer the phone either.

Teeba and Peter are awesome pharmacists and very knowledgeable and helpful. There's usually a little bit of a wait for prescriptions but it's one of 2 premium quality pharmacy's in the kalgoorlie boulder area

I was in store earlier this afternoon & the ladies at the Pharmaceutical counter were very friendly & helpful, but the service at front counter where you pay for your items, the younger girl who was at the first checkout was very rude & snobby! She snatched my items out of my hands as I was trying to pass them to her to scan them and she didn’t even have any acknowledgment or expression towards any of the customers including me! There was no “ Hello” or anything! Disgusting service from her, there’s no need to be rude for no reason!

Selling lowest quality humidifier ever, vicks brand. Refused a refund or even store credit. Could not sleep at night due to noise, hardly produce any vapour. Once u paid, end of service. Shocking customer service really.

Very shocking service I received today, no acknowledgement no smiles or a hello when getting served at the front counter! Very snobby and I even told the sales assistant that she needs to have better customer service

Rude staff and owner. I haven't seen such attitudes in a pharmacy. No customer service, waited for 1/2 hr to get my medications, and when I got home I found them not as prescribed by Dr. I wasted my whole evening sorting out medications for a 5 min standard job. And all what concerned the owner when i phoned up to clarify was that the prescribed medication is $5 extra. I didnt even discuss prices or asked for a discount. What the hell. Her ultimate concern was the $5 extra, What about the incorrect medicine, my inconvenience and my wasted time coz of your / employees mistake. If i had time, i would take them to court. Luckily i am not local. Just bad service not recommended.

Great friendly helpful.great prices would nt go anywhere else.got everything apart from food.
