7I was being overcharged for medication here for 7 months before I discovered it. Apparently it's my fault for not producing appropriate cards yet Wizard always asks for these. I now have to follow this up with Medicare myself as the pharmacy is blaming me for not producing the cards. Beware and check your scripts. Concessions, Medicare card or private health cards have at the ready. I will never go here again not even for bandaids.
Sarah was absolutely fantastic. Helped us solve a problem while travelling with great humour and understanding.
Have been dealing with this pharmacy since well before they moved into current premises. They regularly prepare my medications in Webster Packs for me. Have always provided great service, very friendly and helpful staff. They have even made arrangements to make sure that I can still get my medications when I have been stuck interstate in a remote location due to border closures. Couldn't ask for better service in my experience.
However, the "Appointiv" web site they use for booking appointments is not worth two knobs of goat poo. It doesn't work. And don't waste your time trying to call them by phone - they simply don't answer it.
Never have I been treated with such disrespect. Went to pick prescribes drugs from there and was told that they don’t give people that come from certain community. After being referred to the other pharmacy, I went there and was told that I needed to go back to the same pharmacy that I came from because my account was not with them. So I went back to the pharmacy that I came from and gave them the same prescription. We then waited 10 to 15m waiting for the pharmacist to prepare the meds.while waiting I tried to talk to the lady that previous served us and she just ignored me and walked past right in front of me.even ignored my friend when she tried to talk to her.the lady was rude and lacks customer service skills.the lady that I’m talking about had black hair, tanned complexion, slim and had curly hair which looked straightened. She is about 5 ft 2 or 4inches.will refuse service from her if I ever go back there.what a shame.
Fantastic service, friendly staff. I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago, and the service I receive, particularly from the staff behind the medication counter, is excellent.
Avoid if possible!
The female pharmacist with the black hair and stout frame has very poor personal hygiene and refuses to wear gloves even when dispensing medication. She also picked her nose and ate it in front of customers
BETWEEN BOTH STORES ON HANNAN STREET OWNED BY REALLY VERY LOVELY WOMAN. HERSELG AMD OTHER FANTASTIC PHARMACISTS, MANAGERS, DISPENSARY TECHNICIANS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ENJOY SUCH A GREAT OPPORTUNITY WORKING IN THESE STORES WITH SWEET SCENTS, HAPPY PEOPLE AND SMILING FRIENDLY WARM INTERACTIONS ITS NEVER BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN GOING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES OR HALF HOUR ENJOY IT ALL
