10 Excellent service - friendly and informative. These guys were able to fill my script despite an error with my papers from the previous dispensing pharmacy.
I had been to Chemist Warehouse Joondalup prior and they humiliated me and left me angry (and my script unfulfilled) so went to Wizard Joondalup instead.
I will keep going back - such a great crew who left me feeling 100% on what Chemist Warehouse did - thanks guys!:)

Very quick to fill an urgent script they were also very happy to assist with the peculiar mater quickly I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at this Pharmacy are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to help you and always have a friendly and open manner and great customer service. In particular Ze and Toni are a credit to Wizard Pharmacy, they both are such caring and considerate people who make you feel like a valued member of the community.
I have been waiting over 20 minutes for a single prescription. Hardly any other customers.

I have recently developed dermatitis, went in to the store to get some help the young lady britney was absolutely amazing her kindness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air, she gave me soo much information on what products to use I will be back to buy more stuff in the near future.

Had an Unbelievable experience at Wizard Joondalup Drive Pharmacy today. They are so professional and helpful. They were amazing and really took the time to Listen and help me. I felt like a VIP not just a number in a queue like other Pharmacies in area. The Pharmacist offered advice and took the time to make sure all my queries and questions were answered in a way that i understood and that really reassured me. The staff are so friendly and ask about my day and you can tell that they actually care and weren't just asking for the sake of asking. I even signed up to the free rewards program and received $5 off my purchases just for signing up. Will absolutely be coming back.

I don't usually go to wizard pharmacy but I came in to get a script. Was told to come back in 10min. Came back and it still wasn't ready (seemed like they had forgotten about it) so I had to wait again. Got given the wrong script for a male name (I am a female). Realised I got someone else's medication when I got home to open it. Didn't even recieve a call saying that I had picked up the wrong script. Returned an hour later and it was implied that it was my fault because I didn't read the script when asked to sign it and pay for it. Not a single apology from the two staff members. Despicable customer service - will be telling my friends and family not to use Wizard Pharmacy Joondalup.
