The dispensary staff here are excellent, polite, helpful, great communicators. I’d go as far as saying the best customer service I’ve received in any pharmacy ever. Keep it up!

The staff here are excellent - very responsive and genuinely care about their customers. My family just had a minor emergency here and we were very impressed.

Great staff and services. Went to enter a construction site in the area and forgot our First Aid Kit. The team at Wizard got us sorted ASAP so we could get onsite meeting the OHS Site Policy.

Best service. Staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. If you’re after advice, they have the time and effort for you, unlike those other places that just focus on high turnover.

Had a terrible experience when I went into this pharmacy for a repeat prescription on Sunday 9/2/2020. Was served initially by a dispensing assistant (lady) who was courteous and professional. She took my script and asked me politely to wait for a few minutes.
Moments later, I heard my name being shouted rather abruptly from the counter. I was then confronted by a man of Indian descent (whom I assumed was the pharmacist since he did not introduce himself).
This man (pharmacist) was extremely rude and brusque in his demeanour. He first claimed that I had asked for the same prescription 2 weeks ago. I was completely taken aback by this assertion because the last time I went to this Wizards store was over a year ago! When I corrected him, he then admitted that I was indeed there a year ago. (No apology was given for this outrageous accusation.)
He then proceeded to state that he could not dispense the prescription even though the“owner” had prescribed it a year ago. He then asserted that I can return to the shop on Tuesday if I wish to have this sorted out with the owner. Moreover, he claimed that “I should have known better”.
I find this man’s accusations and behaviour utterly appalling. If he didn’t wish to prescribe the medication, a simple apology and rationale for doing so would have sufficed. Instead, this individual proceeded to berate me (even though he doesn’t know me) and in the same breath had demean the owner for having prescribed the same medication a year ago.
This individual has no place in today’s standards of customer service and his position should be retrenched until such time he is properly trained.

Lovely staff, great customer service nothing negative to say always recommend the three branches to family and friends the owner is also very kind and always willing to go above and beyond for customers:)

They had my medication that I had trouble finding, and had good service from the friendly staff. Convenient next to Woolies.
