Best Service Experience I Ever Had. After forgetting my prescription medication during a short visit to Bunbury I was helped by Mina. I cannot praise his efforts enough.
Customer service was poggers! Pharmacy assistant was very helpful in helping me find my orthopaedic sandals and pharmacist was very sick and gave me the best drugs ever! Will definitely come back!
Came in there to drop off a medical script, the girl said it was all clear and so my family and I did some shopping. After 2 hours, we returned back with them asking for a Medicare card. They couldn't have notified us beforehand about it, but decided after 2 hours to say it now. Not to mention, waiting around in there while the girls behind the counter were too busy talking to care about the customers ahead of them. Embarrassing. Never returning to this store, ever.
Your staff pierced my 13 year olds daughters ears yesterday with out parent consent. She had no adult with her and was with her 11 year old cousin. You didnt even ask her age no consent forms signed. The only time u asked for her d.o. B was after you had already pierced her ears, and only because you needed it because she was signing up for a loyalty card to recieve discounts.when u asked for her d.o. B for loyalty card sign up she lied and said she was 14 as she didnt even know u had to be 16 to get ear piercings and thought correct age was 14. When i come in there to speak with some one about it you all just seemed dumb founded couldnt produce any concent forms and started to lie and start back tracking not even a appology. I would have allowed her to get them done anyway but its the way in which she went about it (and yes shes been spoken with about this!) but fact of the matter is your staff are adults! And are well aware of laws and policys in place but are not following them that i have a issue with. I do intend to take matters further.this is just unacceptable and un professional.
