Wizard Pharmacy Belmont

Went there at 9: 10am one morning. The sign clearly states 9am opening but I was told it's not open yet and herded out with no definite opening time given. Sloppy and disorganised set up when I see stuff like that.

Opening hours are convenient. I've never been to any other pharmacy that will turn around a script as quickly as when I go to this one.
The staff at Wizard in Belmont are absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. Using the MedAdvisor app is so easy and convenient. If there are any delays with my orders they always give me a call to discuss. One of the best pharmacy’s and customer service. Everything is well priced and having Afterpay for larger items is great!

The lady with the hijab was very helpful in sorting out the vaccination paperwork for my wife and daughter. Appreciate her dedication. I will shop here from now on.

I will never go to this pharmacy again, the lady that served me was rude, she seemed to have forgotten that I gave her my prescriptions to be filled and then came up to me and asked me if needed help. When I went to pay, she didn't say how much my items came to, she just put the EFTPOS machine in front of me. Next time I will wait in Chemist Warehouse instead or wait for my chemist to be open on a Monday.

Unfortunately the chemist Kait Nee Kho. Does not appear to have things under control as she is the pharmacist on duty and also the manager. Clearly doesn't have things under control and can't prioritize.

First time I only received one of the two scripts I handed in.

Very long waiting times to pick up a script and poor communication. I have been here for more than 35 min still not done

Wizard Belmont has been our family chemist since opening in it's current location opposite Reading Cinema's. We received great service for many years from helpful staff. My experience over the past year however, has not been good. I've had 1 repeat script needing to be filled monthly for 12 months. It has been lost twice. The first time the staff member, who was very rude and dismissive denied responsibility and printed a replacement script with part of the original script missing. Thankfully I had photocopied the original prescription before dropping it off and could prove my case. Eventually the issue was remedied. I went to collect my script and medication today and my script was lost again. No record of my order being placed 1 week ago. The staff member was helpful and friendly and did their best, however was unable to locate my script. I was told the two remaining repeats were stored on the pharmacy computer so I am able to collect them, however will only be able to collect them from Wizard as other pharmacies don't have access to Wizard's database. My details were taken and I was told they would continue to search for my script and call me if it was located. I was told locums work at the chemist and sometimes aren't familiar with processes, which may be the case this time. I'm sad to be taking my business elsewhere as I no longer trust Wizard with my scripts and information.

Great specials, great staff, minimal waiting and park at the door. RAC member discounts as well.

Always friendly and helpful. The lovely pharmacist went above and beyond to try help me track down a medication that is hard to source.

Very expensive. Example BLACKMORE 120 Capsu Tablets. $49.99 and same thing in chemiat warehouse for less than $35. Very poor customer srvice at the counter. Will never go again as long as have the option.

The nice man sorted my wad of prescriptions into order and gave me instruction in what order to use them. OCD.
