They always have my products i need on hand, when most chemists don't. Staff are awesome, yet to get to know new staff but always very nice to me.
Staff are rude and unhelpful. Don't bother! Terry White around the corner is much better.
Placed a script for my stepson and was told to come back in 10-15 min. I come back after 20 minutes and the script isn't ready. The worker gave me attitude and was quite rude when I asked why it is not ready. Her exact words were "just because we say 10-15min doesn't mean it will be done by then, so you will have to wait" So I ask to speak to another lady Nita which tries to diffuse the situation without reprimanding her staff. She spoke in a derogatory tone. I had had enough.
I suggest if you want more customers improve on your customer service skills and maybe rethink the staff you have now. I am a local in the community and will be telling everyone I know not to shop here.
Usually buy at this local pharmacy but now I will not be buying from here anymore.
First visit I was ignored by all the staff even when I made eye contact took 12 minutes for someone to serve me. The lady was rude and abrupt. Wish I asked for her name.
Second visit a lady was serving me and midway through me speaking to her she walks off not to return. I asked someone else for advice on medications lucky she helped.
Your customer service skills have gone down hill. Get a grip on your staff and train them more efficiently
