One of the best wizard pharmacy branches helpful staff, particularly Mikaela, is a highly professional, lovely pharmacist.

Friendly and efficient service despite the current renovations. Shout out to Freya for her cheerful and professional demeanour.

I came in here with my husband and two young children to pick up some vitamin D drops for my infant son and was interrogated by the pharmacist as to why I need them and under whose authority was I instructed to get them (You do not need a prescription for these, they are on the shelf). She was extremely rude and arrogant and none of us even asked for her help. We then left because we were really uncomfortable.

Horrible customer service and a 40 minute (with two young children) wait for a script at 9am when the place was basically empty. I’ll be avoiding this pharmacy in the future.

As I work in the centre I deal with this pharmacy for a lot. The staff are extremely helpful. Particularly Felipe who goes above and beyond to help and give practical advice

Not very effecient in filling the scripts, a long wait regardless of their workload and my filled prescription was handed out by a assistant not a pharmacist which is not right. They need to be more caring and professional to the patients.

The female pharmacist said my daughters zactin would take months to get in and that is Bolox. I purchased the last order there immediately and now antidepresants are a month wait! The year 12 needs it exam time. Not happy that your company cant keep stocked up. Ypur modern apps are not like down south they have latests technolgy apps snd run their chemists more effectively then here affluence commu ity suffrreage even i your staff.

Always out of stock of pretty basic items. Migraine pills and cold and flu pills. The pharmacists just chuckle and don’t care which is probably the most annoying thing

Was served by a gentleman today (unsure of his name - he was a Pharmacist wearing glasses). He was very friendly and walked me through some concerns I had about my new prescription. Thank you:)

I've visited this pharmacy many times over the last 12 months. There has been a marked improvement in service behaviours especially in the last couple months. An exceptional mention is the pharmacy manager, Felipe Duque. He has consistently shown sincere empathy to my family and I when we've gotten prescriptions - something that seems to be rare, especially at a high-traffic pharmacy and [unfortunately] especially around Claremont. All other staff I've interacted with also seem to be putting on their "A game" recently, very friendly and helpful. I will continue coming here over other pharmacies in the area.

I have been coming here for a few months now mainly for just cosmetic buys. All of the staff are so helpful but two really much stand out for my opinion a young lady named Patakicha, who is always very friendly and ready to help me. A young man who I do nott know name of but his badge says customer service is also very helpful. Please can the boss give these too the extra attention!
They both seem to know what and where everything is on the shelves and help me get the most cheap and best items for my prices. The thing I do not like here is the carpets look old and staining.

Staff are pretty friendly but most of the things they have there are marked up significantly for conscience, I suggest a chemist warehouse if you are looking for cheaper chemists.

Nice enough staff but pricing is a rip. Script cost 3 times as much as Chemist Warehouse, disgusting.

Worst pharmacy I have been to. Staff are so rude and unhelpful. I asked for an item and got a blatant “we don’t sell it” and then the lady walked off.didn’t even offer an alternative! I had to go and find another staff member to ask for the other items I needed but oh how dare I interrupt her conversation about her weekend with another staff member! She was very unhappy to assist me. To top it off I spent nearly 10 minutes waiting at the check out which was left completely unattended. Too scared to go and find someone to serve me in case I annoyed them. Definitely will never go back here again.
