Wizard Pharmacy reviews
17 Friendliest staff, great service and always willing to discuss any medical concerns with professionalism and care
Katrina and her team also do a wonderful job supporting local community groups
This is my favourite chemist by far! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will recommend anyone to come here for their needs
Couple of girls serving at the prescription desk laughed at my prescription when they thought I couldn’t see/hear them and were pretty unkind about me not being able to fill it with them. Not very impressed with the service
Always qualify information and care from the dispensary team and Pharmacists.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff.
Shop floor has always been clean and well presented.
Phone advice has also been promt and very helpful.
Very happy with the service I received today from Katrina. Very pleasant and most helpful sorting out an e-script.
Much appreciated.
Wizard and rac have teamed up to offer loyalty points to customers. This is cool. Wizard being a franchise is also good to know you'll be getting the same store layout no matter where you go. Some people prefer this
The best Pharmacy experience I have had in long time! The pharmacist was very caring and understanding as my only child had a slight cold, very helpful and the team we're also very lovely and considerate, highly recommended
VERY rude staff & pharmacist asking very unnecessary questions about medication prescribed be an actual doctor. Sales assistants speak down to you about the amount of medication you have to take. I took a gamble and went here instead of my normal pharmacy (because it was closer to my house) never again. I do not need to feel degraded about mental health medication. Would give less stars if i could
C ant even handle 2 customers. Arrogant disrespectful pharmacist that lacks basic pharmaceutical knowledge. He seemed to be high or drunk. Understaffed and overpriced.
Short of staff at perscription counter. Long wait will never use again. Lots of disgrunled customers
Also charged for pescription only $6.60 but I have pension concession/health care card and am usually not charged.is this legal? Will be asking consumer protection department.
Refused to sell me cold and flu tablets and treated me like a criminal.
Yes, I know you are required to do a license check, and that you have to prevent diversion. But maybe consider that it's winter, the boxes you sell last for 4 days, and that I hadn't bought any for a year previously? Or are you just trying to peddle phenylephrine, which clinical trials showed has the same efficacy as a pseudo when given orally?
Clearly the thing to do would be buy cold and flu tablets regularly through the year, and stockpile them at home for the flu season. Which is what I'll do, but my $20 a pop won't be going to these guys.
Rude pharmacist when asking about an out of stock baby formula after searching all over town and all other pharmacies were very helpful and sympathetic. Poor customer service, very unhelpful, dissatisfied and will not be back unless absolutely necessary.
Repetitively poor service.
Regularly try pre ordering prescriptions through the MedAdvisor app, had issues on pharmacy's side each time.
Tried again today. After no acknowledgement for half an hour, when asked in store, the pharmacist told me "ye that's because we're out of stock"
I suppose the specials are good sometimes, I guess
Friendly and professional staff.
Love the ladies at the front counter.
Safe and lovng Christmas Blessings to all
Very slow service and not much urgency at all. Almost seems like a chore to even acknowledge you. Plenty of time to chew food at the counter and talk amongst themselves though which is god for them but not ideal for us the customer.
The female pharmacist is arrogant and rude. They are charging $26 for a prescription every other pharmacist in Bunbury would charge $10 - $12 for. When I questioned it she was rude and told me the medication wasn't right for me. Arrogant and clueless about a condition I have had for 15 years. Very poor advice, expensive and poor customer service.
