Wizard Pharmacy

This has been my regular pharmacy for nearly a decade, and for good reason. Over those years, as different staff have come and gone, the quality of service has always been excellent, which really shows the nature of their workplace culture, in that they consistently hire caring, knowledgeable, capable people.

I have a long list of chronic illnesses, requiring an equally long list of medications. The team at this Wizard pharmacy have often gone above and beyond to help me manage them and avoid running out when there have been shortages or other unavoidable stocking issues. I've seen them handle the most belligerent and abusive customers with grace and professionalism. It's just unfortunate that pharmacies are the type of everyday necessity that people tend to only leave reviews for when they feel wronged and want to be spiteful, after their behaviour wasn't tolerated. Case in point: I'm a very longtime regular and only thought to leave my review today, lol.

I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone, but especially complex patients who have a lot of meds to manage and want a regular pharmacy they can trust to support them with that. The rewards program is also great and if you go to pharmacies a lot, you'll accrue points (and therefore, cash off your purchases) very quickly.

I cannot emphasise enough how kind, empathetic, professional, capable and knowledgeable the team at this pharmacy is. I've spent a great deal of time and money at many different pharmacies (having been chronically ill since birth) and this one genuinely does stand head and shoulders above the rest. Your health and wellbeing are in good hands here.

To the rude staff member that was working Saturday 24/6/23. Not only do you get a one star review but I will see to it that you get disciplined for the way you treated my partner! On the 1st of June your staff dispensed medication without checking the details of the person you were putting the information under and have made my partner become flagged and unable to get the medication she needs! If you think speaking over the top of us and hanging up on us n refusing to answer our calls to help us resolve this issue is going to save you from the mistakes you or your staff has fraudulently made? Guess again!

If you stop treating your customers like they are stupid maybe your rating will improve. I came in saying that I have tried but have had difficulty obtaining this antibiotic. As I was in the process of getting my wallet out to find the script, apparently you were so ridiculously busy (with zero customers in store) you couldn't even wait 5 seconds to say "we don't sell antibiotic without a scripts". Don't you think I know this after TELLING you I have tried at other places?

I was made to wait as no less then ten other people were served, I was then refused service that I was made to wait for because the pharmacist was incompetent and ignorant of her job, when i requested that she call another pharmacist to educate her about her job she told me she would not do that "today" following this her assistant berated me for my "tone" in short incompetence and rudeness was what i received instead of service. Zero or even negative stars would be more accurate as they made me wait for something they had no idea how to do. Rude. Arrogant. Incompetent.

We went into the Wizard Pharmacy opp Aldi today. We received the most amazing sevice from Angie.
Angie greeted us when we walked in offered friendly assistance was very knowledgeable and efficient

I came to get my second piercings done, and my left ear was fantastic. Right on center. But my right, it was completely wonky and keeps faling out because theres not enough room for the backing because of the wonkiness.

I shop here to get my ear plugs as they are hard to find
It’s a busy store and the girls there a very helpful and friendly however the last time I was in there I was getting some over the counter Pariet for my daughter and the man who served me was very rude
Made me feel rushed and seemed very dis interested when I asked for advice
And I noticed him talking quite rudely to another staff member which made me very uncomfortable
Unfortunately this man (early 40s maybe Indian) has completely put me off ever coming back

My daughter got her second ear piercing done here for her 14th birthday and the girl who done the piercing done a great job! Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get ear piercing done!

Found lots of good prices on vitamins iv been looking for in other placesand at a good time on sale enough time to find.

One of three Wizard pharmacies in store, will check with the others if they are out of stock. Can be a little busy, but they provide good and friendly service. Provider of supportive shoes.
