I came in to buy some cream to help with my son's eczema and was helped by Linda. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! She recommended a few Avene products and my sons eczema started clearing within a few days! I had tried so many different creams before but with the formula that Linda suggested I saw a dramatic difference very quickly. Thank you!

My friend went in to take her 3 months old a passport photo and she said the lady was nice and helpful.
I went in today the guy straight away said no to my 7 months old because he said taking passport photos for my bub will be too difficult and taking too long. And he recommended I take my baby elsewhere in fremantle to get his passport photo done. At the end he was willing to give it a go but I was already a bit put off by his way of refusing a service. It was a little dissappointing.

I phoned up to see if they had a particular product in stock, she (Linda) took my number and name and said give me 5 minutes. I thought yeah right, but phone rang and it was Linda phoning back 1) to let me know that they didn’t have any 2) then tried to help me find some. Very unusual in these time but a very pleasant surprise. Great service Linda and greatly appreciated.

Service experience started well from the dispensary where I handed in my prescriptions for dispensing. After returning from shopping, my meds were still not ready and they just about to begin dispensing after I asked for them. My meds were then handed to assistant Matthew to finish the transaction. This was when it turned sour. He wasn’t at all friendly but in fact had very little care towards providing satisfactory customer service. The transaction took longer than it should have going backward & forward within the store and what makes me even more disgusted in the end was that he doesn’t even bother to offer placing all of my meds and prescriptions in the bag but rather just pushed all my items towards me on the counter. I had to request for them to be put in a bag which he chose the smallest bag and did not even bother to bag my prescriptions. His attitude is absolutely horrible and no customer should have to tolerate this kind of customer service attitude. Definitely won’t be returning to this pharmacy again!

Was charged $6.98 for a single mask to comply with Perth lockdown order. Have just seen an ad at another outlet advertising a box of 50 masks for $8.99.
Think I've been taken to the proverbial cleaner by Wizard Pharmacy.nice little cash in on the COVID19 lockdown. Think the staff should have been the ones wearing a mask or perhaps a balaclava would be more appropriate.
Won't be back!

Service was good. But this is definitely one of the most expensive chemist. It is best for you to check other chemist first.

Naturopath, Mandi Miller, always gives reliable health advice and she is the main reason I keep going back to Wizard Pharmacy. Her genuinely caring approach and vast knowledge is greatly appreciated and she has always been helpful in finding the best remedies for all of my family members, with all kinds of issues. Thanks Mandi, and also to the friendly staff.

Needed emergency passport photos done on a Sunday and had tried 4 pharmacies prior to this one. Even though they don't do passport photos after 4pm, they made an exception and did them at 4.30pm even though they were close to closing. Very appreciative of Wizard's wonderful service!

I am pregnant and wanted to buy epsom salt to alleviate some muscle pains in my legs. The customer service person asked the naturopath if epsom salt was okay to use during pregnancy. This naturopath straight out told me that epsom salts would "remove toxins" from me and is unsafe to use. Completely uninformed opinion. As i had been told by my dr to get epsom salts. I have since asked another doctor who also said that espom salt had lots of benefits to pregnant women. I wish the naturopath would have asked someone more qualified like an actual pharmacist rather than just give out her opinion without double checking. I was already in pain and struggling to get to the shops only to finally get there and not be able to get what i needed.

Place a script for 60 tablets of Omeprazole for treating reflux. Should have checked pricing before I submitted it. Ended up getting two APO generic brand boxes each at $30 each. Online these are $11.50 each. Aci-max generic from my local Priceline pharmacy in store cost $15 each. Thought it may have been an honest pricing mixup with the two boxes meant to be $30 together. Emailed and no response. Can only assume it was not. Not a discount chemist other than through loyalty card rewards.

Maybe it was a weekday. Services was prompt & cashier staff was friendly. Didn't have encounter with the chemist, so no comments.

The girls on the floor were very helpful when helping me choose a facial wash for sensitive skin. Was also pleasantly surprised that you receive $10 off you first purchase when signing up with their rewards program. The cash attendant was very nice and easy to communicate with

Terrible service from chemist. The Asian lady behind counter was very rude and obnoxious. Take your prescriptions elsewhere there are plenty of other places to shop. Zero stars for customer service.

Worst and rudest staff I have ever come across in a pharmacy. I wont be going back here, nor will my family!
