Witchy Pies

While I appreciate the staff are lovely and that there was a gluten-free vegan option for a pie, it was so bad - there was no sauce, flavouring or seasoning. The filling was simply gloopy pastry, cauliflower and carrot which was cold in parts and falling apart to the touch. There is potential! I hope the vegan option can be improved in the future. My partner enjoyed his salted caramel brownie.

Get in early as they run out of pie options due to popularity. This is a pie shop where you don’t need the sauce.

Bought a steak pie that was very tasty and the pastry was spot on but was a little on the small side and didn’t have a single piece of meat in it, just a minimal amount of mince. Definitely not worth the over $6 they charge.

Staff are very friendly, pies are good not great. Pastry was a bit too thick on the pie base and the filling was about average.

First time I’ve had a milk shake that had so much iced crushed into it it was like a milk water slushy and I left it 3/4 full and drove off

Visited a couple of times on a recent visit to the area. My partner enjoyed the beef options. I had the spinach, ricotta and mushroom roll, which was delightful! A great idea for a combo. The vege pastie wasn't my style though, I prefer chunky veg and this was quite smooth. Coffee was good! Definitely recommend a stop here. Witchcliffe really punches above its weight in terms of awesome shops in a tiny town.

Pies we brought were very delicious and the apple crumble and coconut raspberry slice was perfect end to top it, the ladies customer service was fantastic we will be back soon thankyou

Phenomenal gluten free pie - I had the beef, mushroom and wine one and bought two more for home. Delicious gf peach and almond tart for dessert. People were great too. Thanks for making my day!

The Gluten free pies are as good as the friendly service at witchy pies, both exceptional, do yourself a favour and call in there

Purchased fritata and my son a pork pie, they microwaved them! But when we took a bite the centre was still cold! Yuck.

Mmm, the veggie pasty and the keylime. A lovely little place worth pulling over for when passing through Witchcliffe.

We called in here for a pie and joked about wanting one of everything in the shop. We left with almost 1 of everything! We needed all that bakery goodness in our lives! We even left with a birthday cake and candies! We have had pies from everywhere in Australia apart from NT and this lil bakery has been the best by far! We ran into fellow Victorians and recommended they head down here too! Absolutely wonderful team and food!

Sausage roll and potato top meat pie were delicious. Happy and friendly service. Definitely worth a stop in.

Just happened to be nearby looking for lunch and the pies and rolls were delicious! Very cute area, worth sitting down outside to enjoy the food.

Omg! Gluten free pies and spinach and feta rolls! Thank you for making this gluten free chick very very happy to not have to miss out while her family consumed pastry goodness! They all said best sausage rolls and pies they have had also! Definitely make this a stop on your travels!
