I've never been a customer at this facility, but given how rude and condescending the owners have been when replying to people's critical reviews, they deserve a one-star rating. My advice to the shop - working on how you treat your customers. Being this rude is not a good look.

EDIT: See the shops reply for my case in point.

I can’t believe this business is still operating online they stole my credit card details of a lot of money over a month period you should be ashamed of yourself.

SOLD DAMAGED ITEM, AND DID NOT REFUND AS SHE PROMISED.

Disappoint, frustrating and time wasting experience with Amara. Its ridiculous that she spent almost 3 weeks to post, and sold a damaged teapot as "good condition". (08-Dec She promised to do the partial refund, but she haven't refund, and read without reply again.)

-Before you trade with Amara, plz read reviews on google, Facebook.
This is my whole experience.
-On 08-Nov, I requested purchase a $150 “Good Nick” teapot from Amara Pontani, she said will post now after she received the money, I paid immediately. She did not post as she said.
I sent MSGs tried to figure out what’s going on, however, she Always read without reply.
-13/Nov, She said will sent in the morning, however she did not post parcel again.
-15/NOV, Amara claimed the parcel she sent via Star track, however, Star Track told me that no parcel under my name and address. (After I read the reviews on google and FB, found bad reviews. People in antique groups told me about the bad things she did in the past.)
-18/Nov, Amara said she is not a scammer and promised WILL POST TODAY. THEN she did Not reply to me at all, and did not post it as she promised.
-26/Nov, Amara finally replied on picture, a receipt, but without any explanations
-07/DEC, I received the parcel, I took an unboxing video. However, the teapot is damaged, with lots of dark yellow hairline cracks and chip on the pot. <She said it’s a good condition, BUT It is NOT. >

Con artists, also extremely relieved to hear they have closed down. Hopefully they never re open. Even down to Amara reviewing her own business a couple of times hahaha shows her dodgy character.

These people are con artists. They do not pay you for your goods and use every excuse under the sun to abrogate their responsibilities.

AVOID THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS AT ALL COSTS. I have never had a good experience with Amara and Wisteria Lane. They have proceeded to lie and rip off sellers by taking their stock, selling it and keeping the money for themselves. This has happened to me as well as many others. Be careful buying from them because its common knowledge they deal in stolen goods.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES.

What a find! A seemingly limitless collection of elegant and interesting home and personal period pieces and sets. Style clothing and accessories, crockery, cutlery, glassware, soft and hard furnishings, mood pieces. Think baroque, classical and romantic French and British. There is also a nod to Australiana, pressed tin and enamel ware. With loving flair the talented owner/designer has us take a meander through engaging old world design, an era of simple lives and complex artistry. Worth a visit to this contrasting semi-industrial shed in Myaree. Overall? A surprising delight with plenty to choose from.and you dont need to leave empty handed, it's inexpensive - the joy of it alone warrants a momento! MB
