It’s a homage to kitchen and laundry appliances. Friendly. But you can easily find the slippery slope of more and more expensive brands.

We would highly recommend that potential customers to do not purchase anything from Winning Appliances. We placed an order for a Samsung fridge at the beginning of the year through Winning Appliances. We patiently and excitedly waited months for it to arrive. In between, we had our kitchen renovated to match the colour, style and dimensions of the fridge. When it finally arrived after many delays, we discovered it was not working. Winning Appliances told us we had to independently get a Samsung professional come in to verify it was a problem that could not be fixed. We did this right away. Winnings then directed us to Samsung for a refund. They did not assist in any correspondence or in any way further, even though we asked multiple times for their help when Samsung wouldn't respond to us for weeks at a time. We spent almost another 2 months waiting to hear from Samsung regarding a replacement. Eventually, they confirmed they absolutely could not get one (even though it was still being sold and in stock at Winning Appliances, Samsung and most other stores at the time). We conceded to a refund. Samsung offered us a 15% discount code for their website to repurchase the fridge there. However, at the time they had a promotion for it. Our discount code did not work for the promotion price. And so, we would be paying the same amount with our discount code as the promotion already made available for everyone! On top of that, the colour of the fridge we originally ordered was no longer available. It took weeks for Samsung to confirm we could keep our coloured panels (they were not refunded) but when we repurchased the fridge again we would still have to pay $600 for the panels in a different colour again as they don't offer the option to pay for the fridge without the panels. After all this was eventually confirmed, the fridge was sold out. No one at Samsung can apparently help us in acquiring one and our discount code expires tomorrow. Despite filling out a refund forms 2 weeks ago we are still waiting for the defective fridge to be picked up and have received no word from Samsung again. Apparently, it will take possible another month to finally be refunded. In the end, we have been left with no option for another fridge right before Christmas is set to begin and having paid for a kitchen renovation that now seems pointless and tainted. I have never written a negative review before, however in this case our experience completely warrants it. We hope in the future that Winning Appliances and Samsung are able to provide better, more helpful and kinder customer service to other people that has clearly not been afforded to us. 0 stars.

Excellent price for products, they price match, free delivery, plumbing in of washer and the take the old one away, all included in the price. Excellent service, I won’t shop anywhere else for white goods.

I recently bought my third appliance there, a Westinghouse bar fridge. Free delivery is a Winning! Formula for me and their price is very competitive, next appliance will be an oven Microwave.

Great showroom, but limited range on display for mid range appliances. Prices are ok but I have found better priced items at other retailers. Delivery for items I did get was easy to arrange. On the whole i would recommend shopping with them.

Very unimpressed by their lack of customer service towards my parents. They consistently leave them with issues with their oven and my parents are over it. The repairs just leave them with more issues. They need a new oven. Being a Smeg oven we would expect more. Contact them back, they have left multiple messages on your "customer service message centre: , as have I, with no reply.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Winning Appliances' quick and hassle-free refund process firsthand. Recently, I had to return a cooktop and oven that didn't quite fit my kitchen setup, and the return process was seamless. Upon contacting their customer service, they promptly arranged for the return and processed the refund without any complications. Furthermore, their knowledgeable staff, along with a helpful plumber, offered professional advice on how to choose the right appliances for my kitchen next time. I would highly recommend Winning Appliances as I have purchased many appliances from there and couldn’t fault them. The staff are very well informed on all products and helped me purchase a Bosch dishwasher.

Aboslute thieves, please take my warning and do not shop here! They take your money promising in-stock items to be delivered within weeks. Turns out nothing is in stock and 8 months later i am still waiting, they wont deliver the goods or return my money, i am stuck $20k out of pocket and they wont do anything about it despite countless hours on the phone and going into store to try to get it sorted out.

I do a lot of stir frying and wanted to upgrade to a really powerful rangehood. I did some online research and decided I wanted a qasair which I couldn’t find in the regular kitchen and electrical appliances stores. Winnings has a great range that includes the standard products but also the more speciality range for the discerning buyer. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a great price for the rangehood and a new stovetop, wait time was not bad at all and within specified estimates and the installers they use are exceptional. Plumbing Bros were fantastic with the stovetop installation and Rob from Platinum Rangehoods really went above and beyond with the rangehood installation. Very very happy with product and service.

Bought a Smeg Dishwasher in 2020, it is currently out of warranty and has a leak in the hose. Winning appliances can not send someone out to assess the product due to a “backlog” of jobs.
I was only told this on the second phone call I had to make. Due to the fault, it will take 3 weeks to fix.
I will not be buying any products from winning appliances in the future.
And instead of fixing this fault, I will buy another machine from another provider. Waste of money.

I've bought all my whitegoods for the last decade from Appliance Online because they have a great website and their customer service is impeccable. Our recent fridge purchase was delivered by two very professional and friendly guys who were on time, careful with the not damaging the fridge or our walls and took away they packaging. Do not use them, they take your money and no blame when they screw up. Paid in full for goods over 10 weeks in advance as requested, delivery time came and the supplier hadnt recorded the order meaning another wait for 4 weeks. I had to cancel the order and look for a different brand, winning couldn’t even confirm availability, end up buying with Harvey Norman, much cheaper than winnings, delivered 2 days later. 2 weeks on and still waiting for $11000 refund from winnings. No compensation at all for the stress, hold up of my money and time wasted looking for something else.

I have been a long time customer of Appliances Australia and Winning Appliances and I cannot recommend their services highly enough - some day soon I will give them the review they truly deserve however all i can say at this moment is if you miss old-fashioned real customer service from an exceptionally supportive and customer-focused team who absolutely deliver on all promises they make - this is the ONLY place to shop and in Australia I will only ever buy appliances for personal use and also for interior design work that Ive done not-for-profit to assist people who need to stretch their budget but want to find the best value, vulnerable people who need help the most - the whole team treats these people with compassion and empathy that is unsurpassed. Please don't bother looking anywhere else for all your appliance needs. For both price, swift delivery and installation (even taking away your old appliance if you wish) this is the company for you. I will be grateful always for the help and support Ive had during some tough times throughout this pandemic. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I feel often like management is the problem when it comes to customer service, however they are not the ones on the front line.what a delight it is to find a company that provides exactly what they state they will at the time of purchase.
