Wing Hong Butcher

I pointed to the cabinet and wanted to buy six pork knuckles. The waiter refused to bring me the ones in the cabinet and said that she would go in and take it. I don’t know what kind of paper it was. Wrap it up and give it to me. But when I took it home and opened it, I found seven pork knuckles inside. My mother scolded me I wanted to drink hoof flower soup all afternoon, but you fooled me. Is your elbow not sold? If you want to sell it to customers like this, it’s too far to drive for an hour, otherwise I will take my mother to your store and let her talk to you.

Good butcher with variety of products, unfortunately this one star review is for the horrendous service I received from the store manager (a young-looking man) today. All I got from him was being shouted at angrily the whole time. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience.

My favourite Chinese butcher with meats cut and presented the traditional way. Always look so fresh too. The pork here is of a high standard.

Worst experience ever, standing right in the centre for 5 mins, nobody serves me, people came after me already got what they want and left, I’m still standing there, the lady with glass and tall and very short hair saw me from beginning and she should serve me first than anyone else who come after me, but still no one care, it wasn’t busy at that time,
finally ordered from someone else, she left my order on the cashier and disappeared for another few minutes, I decided to leave, speechless

Wing Hong butcher has been serving the community with quality meat for over a decade. I have been to Wing Hong Butcher for so many years now. I can fault the quality of the meat there and their cuts suit asian cooking requirements. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Joanne and Lai 姐 who always serve you with a smile. Premium butcher, pretty much like Mondos butcher for Asian cuts. They've also got a great range of wholesale cuts at very competitive prices like whole beef briskets which you can still order at wholesale prices as a retail customer.

Clean, tidy and wide variety of quality meats. The pork belly cut in particular is amazing. Definitely my go to butcher.

Use to be a regular customer with them. Staff called LAI now the manager pretending don't know English and can't hear that I requested for a calendar backed up by her staff said we don't have anymore calendar. Later caught them a LIAR she hand out the calendar to her customer. I confront her she said I don't know you, I only give out to the closest customer. Later she hand out rudely to my hand.
