I cannot believe how this company operates. It took me 15 mins to even get through to someone and then they were unable to help with my inquiry. I could never recommend them.

Not even worth the 1 star review. Who closes thier gates at 7: 30pm on a weekend in the city? I tell you what if my charge at 5am is more than the $120 call out fee. I'll be fuming! Absalute joke. Since when did those that we pay to look after our belongings start stealing from us? Wilson security Perth you are an absalute joke.

One of the best security companies in W. A. I have been with them for two weeks now and felt very welcomed. They’re one of the few companies who provide their staff with Complete PPE and always try their best to take care of their employees.

I'm somewhat biased. Though they offer the complete package for your security needs. Staff often going beyond and above to satisfy their customers.

Wilson Security I have worked for them in the past in Perth, The staff are really nice, the pay is good and it's very flexible:) Good Job!

Worst security everywhere i go the accuse people of stealing just after they enter shops and buy something

Wilson Security Pty Ltd will have to repay some of their customers $740,000, after charging for security patrols that were not provided in breach of Australian Consumer Law. Approximately 48,000 missed internal premise security patrols were charged to customers between July 2011 and September 2017 in Western Australia. Then Wilson found itself linked to the notorious Kwok brothers corruption scandal in Hong Kong.

I've worked with almost every security company in Perth, and by far Wilson's is the worst. It's not the actual guards fault, they're just adhereing to the guidelines set out for them and are treated awfully as well. Anytime we've had an issue, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone who had been trained and instructed correctly, and the issues were always handled deeply unprofessionally. We've noticed a consistently "money first no matter what" approach when dealing with them, at the cost of service and customer satisfaction.

The two stars are for their guards, who do the best they can under the pressures pushed down on them from higher up.

Their guards seam to have a chip on their shoulders. Most are from the Indian subcontinent and although there is a lot of educated people like doctors, scientists and professors from this region Wilson employ morons who have limited communication skills in English.

Bad company, Most of their security guard can't speak English. Full of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi security guard with no proper training and so bad at their job. Don't hire or work for this company.

They have security guard at terminal 3 and 4 taxi rank. They even can't speek proper english. Just walk around the AIRPORT. No one at rank for help. All guard make group and walk around.
